CSS repairs disappear after 1 use.

Otherwise, doctrines are now functioning.

Mine issue is due to the mine ability having a requirement of not having the Tank Reapers player upgrade present.

The CSS/Moderneized repairs is due to the upgrade having a local max limit of 1/2 rather than 0 (assumed)

We can't really to do that until we have full doctrine release. If we wipe the warmap, no one will have PP's for doctrines. If no one can select doctrines, we'll have to wait quite a while to know they are 100% working. As much as I'd like to say we'll get doctrines done 100% correct every time, past experience has shown us that isn't something to bet on.

Upgun currently swaps with flamethrower rather than main gun. Leading to double fire cannon (which, while admittedly is kinda cool, its not intended)

Assault Garands may prevent a player from receiving sticky bombs if they've purchased both in the launcher (reported to me by Gork).
