Another map that Nobody made and is being converted to work with EIR.  I worked on the sector layout today, please test it and let me know what needs to be changed so we can get this one added to the map list.

I think it will work really well, the other 3 maps I have posted up I think need work on the sectors still, but cant tell until we test them, hopefully they will get put in the module file so we can start play testing them.

adding falling snow might be a good thing for this map, as a weather option

A lite snow fall would really add a little to the map, also I was curious what texture you use for the snow, I've seen everything from that odd inverted dirt to lite sand to make snow. That texture looks different (better).

Edit: Found out about the snow texture, tricky Wink . Makes a nice desert map to.

It is sand  Grin

the secret is the light setting and some heavy desaturation

Nice.

You should start making maps for EiR, then somebody actually plays them Wink.

I don´t make maps for mods, i make them for the community in general, users of mods are usually granted permission to change the maps to fit with their mods.

NB! here is a unreleased version for OF with light snowfall

# Draygon

Please remove my files from your filefront account.
If you want to link to my files, use the links i provided in the original threads at Relicnews forum.

If you change the files for EiR you must rename them ex. "EiR St. Vith" to prevent sync error when players use them.

K, just tested it out, its a neat effect though I think I would try to tone it down slightly, when I played it seemed to be pretty heavy snowfall.

Other than that, It's really a shame you can't drive under bridges  Undecided

Opened this up in skirmish real quick.

- Snowfall is awesome although indeed a little too heavy, I have the feeling users might get annoyed by it fairly quickly.
Either way, imho you should have 2 weather options anyway, one without snowfall and one with.

- Filename should be 4p_St_Vith for the final version Tongue.

- Sectors would need to be completely reworked for this map to work with EiR.

Great map though!
