General - Some doctrine abilities will be opened in this patch. Please allow some time after patch release for SQL changes to be done. - A new offmap system has been introduced. Function will be explained at end of patch notes. - Heavy tank HE weapons (Pershing, Tiger) have had their medium splash damage modifier reverted to .35 (from .4)

New offmap System
- Offmaps will now be tied to a 1 man radioman squad. 65hp, heroic armor and crits, 3 pop, no weapon. Will cost 0 mp/mun/fuel but will be hard capped to 2. - Offmaps can be purchased onto the unit in launcher for resources - All but 3 offmaps will require the radioman to be on field to use them (those 3 being Replacements, Triangulation, Infiltration Tactics) - Artillery style and scouting offmaps will have to be placed within 80m of the radioman for it to come down. - Mapwide effects such as for the fatherland will not be range limited by the radioman, but the radioman must still be on field to use them.
Here is a list of new and altered offmaps with descriptions.
US Armor:
-Tactical Bombers: Loiter attack that covers a 60 m area (equal to ATG/Marder range); lasts 140 s. Four pairs of P-47s will attack enemy vehicles with their rockets for 80 seconds at 20 second intervals. Each aircraft will lob 8x rockets onto the target; these are highly inaccurate and are also fired from long range. If the planes are forced to attack the enemy at short range, they may not fire all of their rockets. Each rocket deals 25 damage, with modifiers of 5/1/0.8/0.75 to the base damage at 0.1/2/6/9 meters from where the rockets impact. After 60 seconds, the P-47 pairs will begin strafing enemy infantry with their AN/M2 .50 caliber machine guns, again at 20 second intervals, for 80 seconds. Attack is ineffective against most moving targets.
US Infantry: -Stacking Shells: Adds 1x use of AP rounds to all ATGs and MGs (incl. recrewed ones) on the field. Does not apply to captured 6 pdrs or Paks. -Replacements: Adds 400 MP per use, used to reinforce your squads in-game from any triage, ambulance, or halftrack.
WM Armor:
-Steel Wall: All armor Reload x3.5, rec. dmg. x0.3; lasts 20 s.
PE Inf:
-Rocket Strike: A pair Fw 190 fighters fly in and each lob a pair of very powerful incendiary rockets at a target. Not very accurate, but devastating if they hit. VERY good vs. buildings.
PE Mob.:
-Infiltration: Infiltrates an FSJ squad into any unoccupied building on the map; same as vCoH. 3 uses. Squads can be upgraded with purchased munitions in-game. -Panzerknacker: Weapon stats slightly tweaked; covers a 60 m area and loiters for roughly a minute.
