So I was on my way to uni (had an exam) and while I was walking through the park, I've seen something strange.

Tall, thin guy was going along the 1-2 years old girl. Nothing strange till I've heard that the guy is speaking english with the scandinavic accent, while the girl was clearly speaking polish and calling "mama". The guy wasn't holding the girl by a hand, so I thought he might not be her father.
Couldn't resist, so I moved back and asked the guy "Excuse me, are you her father sir?" (I felt a bit awkward). The guy was confused for a second and said "Yes, but I have to go somewhere, can you look after the girl?" or sth like that. The guy started moving away, so I was 99% sure he was a kidnapper or a pedophile, so I shouted at him "Can you come back here for a second?!" and the guy started running.

Could not leave a girl, so I had to gave up on a chase + there was no one around to stop him or look after the girl. Waited for like 5 minutes, talking with the girl, asking who it was, but hey, could not communicate a lot with 1-2 years old kid. After 5 minutes crying mother finally found us and I explained the situation.
Came out mother left her alone on the street, cause she forgot sth and "had to go back to the apartment" (Yeah, she was stupid). Couple of minutes later, she called the police and I had to testify what happened. Funny thing, they thought I might be an actual pedophile. I realized it's too late to go to uni, so I had to ask them for a vindication of absence. But after like 30 minutes they've made some notes and left us alone. I talked a bit with the mother and went back to my apartment.

What kind of an obnoxious sick fucking person must one be to try to commit such things as kidnapping kids. :/
