i don't not know the stats of these tanks but from a price wise the bp needs a buff. being 400 fuel 50 less fuel then a panther for much less speed and worse armor. the compared to the firefly that has 5 more range over the BP according to volks, with a little better armor and much worse speed why give it armor when it do not have the speed nor range to man fight. why run a bp when its just a slow panther that do not even have panther armor without doctrines. the fire fly will always be a superior choice in a tank battle. and even with the T4 experimental guns being +100fu thats 500fu, 50 less fuel then then tiger for an infantry killing upgrade that gets less inf kills then a panther. ive played games when ive had BP's in my starting call in vet 2 with vet 2 ccT 40 min games and with only 8 inf kills, you can literally get more inf kills using tank shock and trying to run them over then with experimental guns and its +100fu. A ACED BP is  slower,has same or little more range then panther and MABYE has the shitty non skirted panther armor(impossible to unlock them all) compared to a stock panther thats 600mp and 50fu more for something slower with tank shock and AP rounds. the price for a ACED BP is almost identical to the ACED terror panther in price yet Terror panthers can get 40+ inf kills due to debuffs and seem 1000% more cost effective then a BP.

you get tigers over p4's for increased killing power vs inf and tanks +armor with the cost of speed (witch doctrines can make up)
you get BP's over ff's for the decreased range +slightly better armor with the cost of speed (wait what?)

my proposal would be to buff experimental guns or alternatively you can give the BP a small AOE buff.
