General 1 - Handheld AT (HHAT) Cost increased by 20% (in incriments of 5 MU) across the board). -1x Zook from 55 MU to 65 MU. -2x Zook from 80 MU to 95 MU. 2x Riflezook in Armor Company not altered. -2x RR from 150 MU to 180 MU. -2x Boys AT from 80 MU to 95 MU. -2x PIAT from 110 MU to 145 MU. -1x Shreck (Gren) from 110 MU to 130 MU. -1x Shreck (Volk, FSJ) from 120 MU to 145 MU. -2x Shreck from 220 MU to 265 MU. -1x (extra) Shreck (TBs) from 100 MU to 120 MU. -2x PzBuche from 75 MU to 90 MU.
2 - in-game text An updated locale (text) file has been included, fixing the many cases of "0000000 no case" that appeared with R030.
3 - Minesweepers (dedicated sweeping squads only) Mine auto-defuse range increased from 10 m to 20 m. Now you may issue a halt order the moment a mine is detected, and the squad will walk to and defuse the mine without any input on your part. This should aid in the clearance of butterfly bombs and saturation minefields.
4 - Officers Squad slot item size limit increased to 3. Some officers only had a limit of 1, others 2.
5 - Repairs Duration of the repair ability has been halved. Affects default repairs, CSS repairs, and WM modernized repairs. The cost of the repair upgrade has been reduced from 60 MU to 30 MU.

2 - M10 Cost increased from 300 MP, 220 FU to 350 MP, 250 FU. Speed decreased from 6.8 m/s to 5.3 m/s (Sherman is 5.2, P4 5, Tiger 4). Rotation rate (chassis) decreased from 38 °/s to 30 °/s. Cannon modified: Range increased from 45 m to 50 m. Reload increased from 4.2 to 5 (stacks w. 1 s wind-up animation for 6 s effective reload). Reload modifier at Long/Distant range brackets increased from 1 to 1.2 (+1 s to effective reload vs. targets 25-60 m away from the M10). Damage increased from 112.5 to 120 (retains 1.25 dmg. modifier vs most non-LV vehicles). Damage modifier vs. all Pz IV armor types decreased from 1.25 to 1. Turret traverse rate decreased from 60 °/s to 15 °/s. Population cost reduced from 10 to 9.
3 - M18 Cost to be adjusted as needed. Cannon modified: Reload decreased from 4.2 to 3 (stacks w. 1 s wind-up animation for 4 s effective reload). Damage decreased from 112.5 to 87.5. Damage modifier vs. all vehicles decreased from 1.25 to 1. Turret traverse rate decreased from 60 °/s to 30 °/s.
4 - Riflemen Squad leader now armed with an M1 rifle. Both the default M1 and Carbine are effectively identical.
Doctrinal: 1 - 105 mm howitzer "Artillery Plotting" barrage now has a new icon and updated text.
2 - 4-man Engineers Cost increased from 110 MP to 130 MP.
3 - Airborne weapon crates Now have a separate icon for the Bazooka, SMG, and LMG crates.
4 - Allied Grit Cost on Marines and Riflemen increased from 10 MP to 25 MP.
5 - Calliope 0.25 s delay added between the firing of rockets. Rocket rack elevation rate (aiming) decreased from 35 °/s to 15 °/s. Now has access to three separate barrages, each firing 15 rockets. 160 s recharge.
6 - Gung Ho Now grants 2x recieved XP to I&R Infantry and Rangers for 50 MP in both cases.
7 - I&R Infantry Vet 1-3 XP requirement now matches what is displayed in the launcher. Camouflage values matched to FSJ camo. Cost reduced from 950 MP to 250 MP.
8 - M4 medium tank variations Have been given a 'sandbags' upgrade that functions identically to Axis skirts (vs Handheld). Does not apply to Jumbo. Cost TBD.
9 - Rangefinding Experts Now conveys a 0.8 scatter modifier to the Calliope, Jumbo, and Pershing.
10 - Steady Sights (the cooldown bonus for Fightin' Spirit) Now conveys a 0.7 cooldown/reload buff when in L/H/G/T cover. Cost on Riflemen decreased from 90 MP to 50 MP. Now displays an icon over the squad (two M1 SMGs inside of a black outline) when the ability is active.
11 - Tactical Bombers Duration decreased from 80 s to 40 s. Recharge time reduced from 100 s to 50 s. Delay between runs decreased from 20 s to 10 s. Damage decreased from 25 to 10. Damage modifier on direct hit decreased from 3 to 2. Scatter angle decreased from 14 ° to 7 °. Cooldown between rockets decreased from 0.5 to 0.25. FX changed from 150 mm to 88 mm (smaller visual explosion).
12 - Triple BARs Cost reduced from 95 MU to 70 MU.
Bugfix: 1 - 4-man Engineers Ability to sweep mines (rather than shooting them) added to the squad.
2 - 90-day Wonders Text now correctly reads "50 MU" in the doctrine selection screen.
3 - Engineer reload aura buff (Armor Company) Aura functioning 100% of the time has been fixed. Now only functions when the upgrade is purchased, as intended.
4 - Frangible Grenades UI for the ability on Riflemen moved to UI 7.
5 - Grenades Should now truly appear properly regardless of doctrine choice.
6 - I&R Infantry Missing M1 rifles (visual error only) corrected. Cost in the doctrine selection screen now correctly reads as 250 MP.
7 - M4A3(75)W Crab flail toggle ability moved from UI 12 to UI 7 to prevent overlapping with the self repair ability.
8 - M8 Option to equip both the Staccato Roar co-axial AND hull MGs removed. Only the co-axial MG may be selected.
9 - Satchel charge (Infantry) Correctly reads as granting 2x users in the doctrine selection screen.
Commonwealth Non-doctrinal: N/A
Doctrinal: 1 - Commando smoke nades The intended price was 15 MU, not 10 MU. Launcher price has been updated accordingly.
2 - Single BREN LMG (Sappers) Cost decreased from 50 MU to 30 MU.
Bugfix: 1 - Assault Sections Ability requirements fixed. Should now appear properly.
2- BREN overdrive Moved to UI 9.
3 - Brit Mortar Pit New weapon profile removed, replaced by a flat 1.5 damage buff (base damage from 20 to 30).
4 - Cromwell Missing Hammer and Anvil upgrade has been added; ability useable in-game.
Wehrmacht Non-doctrinal: 1 - 2 cm Puma Deflection damage modifier reduced from 0.15 to 0.05.
Doctrinal: 1 - Firestorm Flare delay corrected; the flares and rockets should no longer drop at the same time.
2 - S.Mi. 35 Visual model updated. Mines will now damage units that walk over them (they previously did not).
3 - Stormtroopers Price decreased from 280 MP to 265 MP. Price of both of the StG 44 upgrades now includes a 15 MP cost.
4 - StuG Abteiling Heal rate on StuGs reduced from 4 HP/s to 1 HP/s.
Bugfix: 1 - Cover & Evasion Training 5 cm Pak 38 should now be able to move when camo equipment is chosen.
2 - Extra man (Pioneers and Volks) Missing weapon models added (no more 'mind bullets').
Panzer Elite Non-doctrinal 1 - PE AC Deflection damage modifier reduced from 0.15 to 0.05.
Doctrinal: 1 - Henschel AT strike Number of planes per run reduced from 2 to 1. Recharge timer reduced from 150 s to 100 s.
2 - Hummel Reduced base FES damage from 100 to 60. Incendiary DoT damage duration reduced from 45 s to 20 s (identical to the Nebelwerfer DoT duration).
3 - P3 Now uses the IST model, but with the WM P4 skin.
Bugfix: 1 - FSJ grenades Move from UI 5 to UI 6.
