General
1 - All companies/the warmap
   Have been wiped/reset.
   Please do not make use of the Centaur IV and any other units which are being moved to a new doctrine. Adding them to your company only to have it removed (when the unit is moved to a new doctrine) will break your company.
  The same goes for any upgrades listed as being removed/re-assigned.

2 - Doctrinal unlocks
   How the following doctrinal upgrades function has been changed (within the game's files); this should solve the "disappearing slot item" bug that's been around since the doctrine rework.

3 - FX
   The following weapons have had their FX tweaked:
      Extra PE Shreck now fires the correct rocket.
      37 mm AT LVs and the Pak 36/U.S. 37 mm now have new FX upon a target hit.
      M9 Zook (Tank Reapers) now uses calliope FX.
      Tank Reapers Zooks now use shell_medium FX.
      M8 37 mm now uses antitank_light FX.

4 - Pool
   As many of you have noticed, Volskinator has been messing the the pool values per doctrine and unit. This is intended to make the launcher look neat and tidy; for the most part pool is purely cosmetic.
   Each unit will cost between 1 and 5 pool; 5 being reserved for heavies like Pershings and Tigers. Some doctrinal upgrades (such as Scoped Enfields, Assault Garands, and Fightin' Spirit) will "cost" 1 pool.
   Each doctrine follows a 75:25 normal:reserve pool split, and doctrinal values are listed below.
   Offmap Radiomen now use the Support pool instead of the Armor pool.

   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus increased from 0.75 to 0.6.

1 - AC
   XP requirements increased from 6/25/62/110/165 to 12/49/123/250/375 XP.
   Vet2 acc. bonus increased from 1.11 to 1.15.
   Vet3 1.1 acc. bonus removed.
   Vet3 now grants 1.2 damage.

American
Non-doctrinal:
1 - Chaffee
   Priority to keep engaging its current target reduced; this should allow it to target enemy vehicles over infantry while the Chaffee is moving (and thus an attack order hasn't been issued).

2 - Engineers
   Squad size increased from 3 to 5.
   Pop increased from 3 to 5.
   Two men are now armed with M2 Carbines.
   Cost increased from 110 MP to 250 MP.

3 - M1 57 mm and M10
   Both cannons' acc. vs. ALL infantry target types reduced from 0.15 to 0.01.

4 - Marines
   Have been renamed Fusiliers Marins.

Doctrinal:
US Inf:
1 - 4x Thompsons (Rangers)
   Infantry pool cost decreased from 3 to 2.

2 - Allied Grit
   Engineer squad size buff moved to Locked & Loaded.
   +10 HP buff now applies to Engineers as well.
   Lead the Way flamethrower buff transferred to this unlock.
   Flamethrower now also gains +5 m range.

3 - American Idustry
   Now grants +2 Assault Garands.

4 - Assault Garands
   Cost on Riflemen increased from 20 MP to 30 MP.

5 - Fightin' Spirit
   Infantry pool cost on Marines reduced from 2 to 1.
   Squad leader bonus is now available on Engineers.

6 - Full Package
   Infantry pool cost on Rangers reduced from 4 to 3.

7 - Lead the Way
   Heroic Charge no longer causes affected infantry to sprint.
   Buffs (except for a 1.2 rec. acc. modifier) now have modifier IDs and are exclusive--they no longer stack.
   Cost decreased from 100 MP to 50 MP.
   Flamethrower buff removed.

8 - Locked & Loaded
   Engineer squad size increased from 4 to 6.
   Cost increased from 140 MP to 275 MP.
   Two men are now armed with M2 Carbines.
   These Engies have been renamed Engineers; LnL in the launcher.
   LnL crew weapon cost now only increases by 20 MP instead of 25.

9 - Rangers
   Infantry pool cost increased from 2 to 3.

10 - Replacements
   Engineer reinforce cost increased from 10 MP to 20 MP.

11 - Smoke Grenades
   Cost decreased from 25 MU to 15 MU.

12 - Suppress and Maneuver
   BAR SF replaced by a toggle ability (only effects BARs):
      Slow Auto: +0.1 acc. at S/M/L ranges, damage penalty against all inf. armors removed, RoF decreased from 420 RPM to 300 RPM.
      Fast Auto: 0.3 acc., 0.5 cooldown, RoF increased from 420 RPM to 540 RPM, 2.5x supp., BARs don't fire while moving.

US Mob:
1 - Airborne Engineers
   Squad size increased from 3 to 4.
   Pop increased from 3 to 4.
   Cost increased from 140 MP to 185 MP.

2 - Air-dropped crates
   LMG UI button moved from UI 8 to UI 11.

3 - Glider Riflemen
   May now cap.

4 - M2 Carbines
   Cost increased from 40 MU to 75 MU.

5 - Spare Mags
   Removed as a seperate upgrade.
   Now bundled w. Carbines.

6 - M20 Utility Car
   Cost increased from 220 MP, 20 FU to 300 MP, 50 FU.

US Arm:
1 - Broken Arrow
   Cost increased from 60 MU to 100 MU.
   Recharge time increased from 50 s to 150 s.

2 - Chaffee Treadbreak
   Cost decreased from 85 MU to 40 MU.

Bugfix:
1 - Ambulance
   Missing text when the unit is hovered over added.

2 - Crew weapon members
   Missing M1 Carbine model re-added.

3 - M4A3(75) Sherman
   Corrected the displayed name when the player's cursor is held over the entity.

4 - M18 Hellcat
   Pop cost increased from 9 to 10.
   Pop cost corrected in launcher.

5 - Medical Training
   Now properly grants +2 uses of Field Dressings.


Commonwealth
Non-doctrinal:
1 - Officers
   Default weapons' range reduced from 55 m to 35 m.

Doctrinal:
CW Inf:
1 - Forward HQ
   Now displays an icon while active: standing infantryman.
   Text updated (cost format to 15 MP; 10 MP on Sappers).

CW Mob:
1 - Centaur IV
   Now unlocked with the selection of Mobile Firepower.

2 - Motorized Infantry
   Acc. bonus increased from 1.15 to 1.25.
   Now also grants an 0.75 scatter bonus.

3 - Radio Triangulation except for PP cost--set to 9999
   Removed until a suitable alternative can be sought.

4 - Raid Operations
   Halftrack sprint duration increased from 7.5 s to 10 s.

5 - Speed Trials
   Now affects the Centaur IV as well.

6 - Tetrarch
   Co-axial MG now has BREN LMG stats.

CW Arm:
1 - AVRE
   Cost decreased from 460 MP, 345 FU to 460 MP, 275 FU.

2 - Black Prince
   Removed; replaced with Churchill IV (see below).

3 - Centaur IV
   Removed; moved to CW Mob.

4 - Churchill IV
   Is now unlocked with the selection of Armoured Royalty.
   Main gun has been given 1.25 better penetration than the Sherman 75 mm (via target tables; applied as a multiplier).
   Reload reduced from 6.6-5.85 to 5.5-5.
   Changes do not affect the Crocodile.
   Set to 10 pop.
   Cost set at 425 MP, 230 FU.

5 - Comet I
   Is now unlocked with the selection of Cast-iron Bitch.
   Cost set to 480 MP, 400 FU.
   Note: the Comet will go without any doctrine abilities this patch; those will be added when R038 is uploaded.

6 - Experimental Guns
   Sabot Rounds ability moved to the Not Just Repairs lower unlock.
   Now gives a 1.2 dmg. bonus to the following units: Churchill IV, Comet, Cromwell, FF, and Stuart.

7 - Not Just Repairs
   Now unlocks Sabot Rounds (moved from Experimental Guns).
   Renamed to Sabot Rounds.

8 - Royal Artillery Support
   Renamed to Cast-iron Bitch.

9 - Smoketajus
   Renamed to White Phosphorous Barrage.

10 - Sabot Shot
   Now grants a standard set of bonuses: 0.9 acc., 1.25 pen., 1.2 scatter. Retains 15 s duration and 80 s recharge.
   Now available on the Comet.
   Now displays an icon while active (AP rounds icon).

11 - Up-armoured
   Now grants an 0.8 rec. pen. bonus to all Churchills.

12 - Up-gunned
   Now available on the Churchill IV.

Bugfix:
1 - AVRE
   Petard mortar and tank shock no longer overlap.
   Smoke shell ability (from Thundercloud) hotkey changed from P to S.
   Note: I failed to find a reason that keeps the Petard mortar from firing while the AVRE is hull down. Thus this remains an outstanding issue.

3 - Lieutenant
   Aura now has proper modifier IDs (fixes a bug regarding buffs either stacking or not applying).

4 - Ram Kangaroo
   May now be repaired by Repairmen.


Wehrmacht
Non-doctrinal
1 - Panzerfaust
   Acc. vs. towed_gun (ATG) and howitzer armor reduced from 1 to 0.25 (base acc. of Fausts is 2).
   Damage vs. towed_gun and howitzer armor reduced from 1 to 0.5.

2 - Pioneers
   Squad size increased from 2 to 4.
   Pop increased from 2 to 4.
   2 men are now armed with Gren K98ks.
   Cost increased from 110 MP to 220 MP.

Doctrinal:
WM Inf:
1 - Ammunition Stockpile
   Bunker aura:
      Range increased from 20 m to 60 m.
      Is now activated rather than passive.
      20 s/120 s recharge; player-wide recharge (using it on one bunker initiates the recharge on all bunkers).

2 - Assault Training
   Pioneer squad size increased from 3 to 5.
   Pop increased from 2 to 4
   2 men re-armed with Gren K98ks.
   Cost increased from 130 MP to 275 MP.
   Volksgrenadier formation changed from spread head to skirmish line.

3 - Hammer of the Wehrmacht
   FTFL stats finalized: 50% reduction of buffs when in neutral/enemy territory.

4 - Ostfront Vets
   Now displays icon while active: white shield.

5 - Unbreakable
   Now grants the old Survivalist HP regen bonus (that was removed from PE Inf) to Grens, Pios, Volks, and the M.G.42.
   Cost set to a universal 40 MP.
   Bunker aura:
      Range increased from 20 m to 60 m.
      Is now activated rather than passive.
      20 s/120 s recharge; player-wide recharge (using it on one bunker initiates the recharge on all bunkers).

WM Mob:
1 - Assault Tactics
   Grens and Storms may now purchase 4x M.P.40s (40 MU) with the selection of this unlock.

2 - Around the Maginot
   251 Flammen may now purchase enhanced flamethrowers (40 FU) which leave a reduced-effect inc. nade burn wake (33% less dmg.).

3 - Breakthrough
   251 HTs and Flammen HTs may now purchase Puma armor (30 MP).

4 - Fear in the Hearts of Men
   Tiger buffs removed.
   Stormtroopers may purchase Pervitin Pills (30 MU): 1.25 acc. (20 s/180 s recharge); 1.15 rec. dmg. for 150 s after activation.

5 - HEI-T
   Now functions as a normal Puma gun, but with 4x the AoE area (max of 2 m AoE) w. full damage at all AoE brackets.

6 - Hero of Villers-Bocage
   Tiger buffs removed.
   4x M.P.40 and 2x StG 44 moving acc. penalties removed.
   Renamed "Heroes of Villers-Bocage".

7 - Mark & Fire
   No longer disables the players' tank while active.

8 - Mine Clearance Package
   Removed.

9 - Stuka Dive Bomb
   Recharge reduced from 180 s to 45 s.
   Initial rechage set to false (available the moment the offmap officer is on the field).

10 - Territory Blitz
   Moving rec. acc. bonus increased from 0.85 to 0.75.

WM Arm:
1 - Firestorm
   Cost increased from 50 MU to 150 MU.

2 - Steelwall
   Text updated (was seriously out of date).

Bugfix:
1 - Keep it Moving
   Added to the standard 251 HT in the launcher.
   Added to the Geschutzwagen (was missing the ability in the RGDs).

2 - Lightning War
   No longer grants deployment sprint to all infantry and crew weapons for free.

3 - Pioneers
   Missing portrait added.

4 - Pioneers (Assault Training)
   3rd man re-added.


Panzer Elite
Non-doctrinal:
1 - PE AC
   XP requirements increased significantly (see above).

2 - Scout Car
   Cost increased from 220 MP, 20 FU to 275 MP, 40 FU.

1 - Incendiary Barrage (Hummel)
   Minimum burn wake duration reduced from 20 s to 10 s (matched to Nebel burn wake duration).
   Max burn wake duration remains 20 s.
   Impact damage reduced from 200 to 65.

2 - Rocket Strike
   Aircraft speed increased from 125 m/s to 200 m/s.
   Cost reduced from 90 MU to 75 MU.

3 - Survivalists
   HP regen buff removed; now part of WM Inf (see above).
   A suitable alternative buff will be sought for R038. Will be priced out at 99999 PP until then.

PE Mob:
1 - Crete Veterans
   Removed from the Wirblewind.

2 - Heroes of Monti Cassino
   Lockdown removed from the Wirblewind.

3 - Mobile Mechanics
   Disabled until a suitable alternative buff can be found. Will be priced out at 99999 PP until further notice.

4 - Mobile Suppression
   Removed from the Scout Car.

5 - Wirblewind
   Cost increased from 310 MP, 165 FU to 400 MP, 220 FU.
   Pop increased from 8 to 9.
   Crew now wears proper uniforms.
   Most doctrinal buffs have been removed from the Wirble's RGDs--they are a mess and will be 'sorted' with R038.

PE Arm:
1 - Advanced Repairs
   -2 pop on Berge buff removed.
   Berge recharge with Advanced Repairs equipped increased from 0 s to 30 s.
   Non-MU advanced repairs recharge increased from 450 s to 500 s.

Bugfix:
1 - Hotchkiss Stuka
   Stats and animations reverted to R035 status; this should fix the direct fire barrage being grayed out.

2 - Infrarot
   No longer increases the reload on the up-gunned Hotchkiss.

Lead The Way fire-up still stacks all buffs, though movement buff has been removed. Exhaustion still applies.

Update - Flamethrower HT with puma armour only scars game if any other abilities are purchased alongside the puma armour.

Mk IV Churchil Costs 280 FU despite launcher stating 230 FU.

Doc text not updated for CW Armour Top T4, and for Sabot Shot (formerly trenchbusters).

Churchil Mk4 can purchase experimental guns for 100 fu, presumably with no effect in-game.

We tested it vs a panther. Out of 25 shots, one single shot bounced. With the modifier it should have been roughly 1 in 5 bounces. Defo doesn't work/is not linked to AVRE/Mk4

This is CoH. 25 shots on one Churchill might yield all bounces if your luck is right. Up-armored works fine since I just changed what stats it gave from last patch--and it worked fine then.

EDIT: Just checked, it's an upgrade applied via SCAR. If you can buy it on the AVRE and Churchill IV in the launcher, then it's working.

I do not understand why the pioneers were changed.

If one pioneers unit recruits a support weapon, a single one remains, while with the Volksgrenadiers, in the ideal case, two weapons can be taken over.

The Volksgrenadiere are now even cheaper in the MP cost compared to the pioneers.
