I wanted to draw attention to the reinforcement ability for US inf doctrine. You can obtain up to 800 in-game manpower (not sure how, but apparently you can) which equals 40 riflemen or 20 rangers, a ridiculous amount.
In conjunction with unlocks such as Allied Grit (+10 HP per model) and Fightin' Spirit (which ensures that the squad leader does not die until all other models do so beforehand) riflemen become difficult to wipe. Combined with the enormous amount of models you can reinforce it becomes viable to maintain multiple squads of riflemen on the field for the entire match. The four field dressings per squad (which are conveniently unlocked alongside in-game manpower) are just icing on the cake.
This becomes even more of a problem since riflemen with Allied Grit, Fightin' Spirit and Assault Garands can easily go toe-to-toe with heroic critical possessing grenadiers. The aforementioned reinforcements will ensure you will out-attrition your opponent and gives you access to vet 5 rifles which are some of the best infantry in the game, a fact that Volskinator himself admitted once. Rangers stand in a similar position.
In conclusion, this is just a sign that Volskinator has gotten bold and buffed US infantry way too much. Its time to kick him down a peg. I propose we halve the maximum amount of available in-game manpower

I've previously explained that with the upcoming doctrine rework you'll be shelling out 300 MP for each use of Replacements, and will be suffering a 300 s initial recharge (after the radioman is deployed) as well as a 300 s recharge between uses--so there will be substantial price issues involved.
Additionally, if you want the +200 MP from Medical Training in the pending doc rework, you need to pay for that too.
That's 4-fewer Rifleman squads in your company, and you're only able to reinforce 6.667 squads' worth of Riflemen in-game assuming you use all of your MP.

Thats nice, but how about on top of that we also decrease the maximum amount of in-game manpower? 40 rifle models is just insane

Alright. I sat down and jotted down some new numbers.
3x uses giving you 120 in game Manpower (6 models) per and costing 120 MP per use. Med Training will add 120 more in game Manpower for another 120 MP.
Total cost of 480 MP (2.something nilla Rifles) to enable the reinforcement of 24 models (4 squads') worth of Rifles. I'll keep the 300 s recharges as well to limit the early game effect of Replacements.

tbh, if you view rangers as purely a HHAT platform, you prob using rangers incorrectly.

they melt anything short of KCH if you use them with assault garands and mark target and the offcer buff

The worst part of this was that at the very least you could previously used a sniper to slowly pick away at the rifle hordes, but with the sniper changes, the sniper is batshit useless. If you pair Assault Garands and a ATG wall, nothing short of a Hummel will clear them out.
Honestly, US Infantry needs a look at because as it stands, it utterly dominates 99% of what the Axis can field.
Also, keep waiting for the reward unit Rug, I was promised them if I came back, #wheresmyrewardunit
