1 - American Industry
   +1 BAR now relegated to its own upgrade.

2 - Panzer III
   Slot item limit increased from 2 to 100.

3 - PE SC
   Supp. without MG upgrade reduced from 0.009/0.007/0.005 at S/M/L ranges to 0.0045/0.0035/0.0025.

4 - Stuart VI
   Panic cube error fixed.

5 - Maps
Updated version of Dutch Countryside and new map (6p_Villas) added courtesy of Unknown.
