Please note that this is also included in the PIE (Pertinent Info for EiR) zipfile found in my signature.
                                                                                                                     |
Written on 23 September, 2017:
The vast majority of skins listed below are taken from an old Normandy 44: European Theater mod patch that I downloaded in 2009. Unless otherwise explicitly
stated, I had no hand in creating any of these skins and make no claim to have done so. While simply taking these skins is obviously a practice to be shunned,
the vast majority of the CoH modding community has left and has not been heard from in over two years. There are no functional alternatives to simply looting
skins from various mods. In an attempt to atone for these transgressions I have created a catalog of all skins that I have personally added to EiR in my time as
lead RGD coder. Skins and models that were already a part of the mod are uncredited, as some of them were input from a seperate EiR "vault" of skins and models--I
am personally not privvy to which ones are native to EiR and which ones are stripped from other projects, and I do not wish to enter such a moral minefield. Skins
and models not originating in N44 will be specifically noted.

I list "works" regarding the final product; if unmodified, I will credit the original content creator. If it was modified I will first credit whoever undertook the
modification and then name the original creator.

Any assets taken from Europe at War mod have been used with the blessing of Dartborne--many thanks!

Non-art credits:
Dartborne - I can't thank Dartborne enough; he's been more than gracious in offering his assistance with the (numerous and likely annoying) modding inquiries that
I've sent his way, especially during the past year or so. Additionally, any assets taken from Europe at War mod have been used with, and only with, his express
blessing--many thanks!
Dire/Lothen - despite adopting the moniker of "NotPlayingGuy" due to his waning interest in playing EiR, Lothen has been utterly instrumental in the upkeep of the
mod, including balance suggestions and advice, coding (both RGD and SQL), and so on.
EiRRMod - many thanks you put into EiR over the years, as well as your help with coding the launcher long after your time with the mod was up. I owe you more than
one!
tank130 - our resident Suga' Daddy--thanks for graciously funding EiR for years, as well as handing over the mod to myself with no strings attached and all the
help that you could possibly offer.
Xeoniz (a.k.a. Headshotkiller) - an old SCAR coder of ours who was 100% responsible for both fixing our donation system and, more importantly, our registration
email system. Without his help, EiR could quite literally no longer function.

works by Halftrack
   - Please note that these works are used without permission--this is due to his sentiment that his Free French skins and the Ersatz M10 not be used outside of BotB
mod.
   - I intend to use these assets rather than let them languish. Know that I am fully aware of the fallout between Halftrack and Dartborne over these very assets.
I respect Halftrack and his work a great deal, but at this point in CoH's lifespan I see no benefit to locking perfectly good models and skins into older mods that
have seen little upkeep or TLC put into them in the past few years. Hate me if you will, but these assets will remain in EiR inventory.

   - Culin cutter model and texture lifted from Europe at War mod; original creator unknown. I claim no credit for either.
 - M4A1 texture (re-colored; extracted from the never-released Company of Heroes: Afrika mod)
   - Model by Aidas2, original texture by Chopin
 - M4A3(75)W texture (re-colored vCoH texture)
   - Also used by the Calliope and Croc
   - Hull texture used by the M4A3(76)W
 - M4A3(76)W texture (re-colored; turret extracted from CoH: O)
   - Credit to eliw00d for extracting and uploading the M4A3(76)W (aka the never-released CoHO "Sherman Ace") to the relicnews forums. Without his work this model would
have likely never been seen in any other mods, let alone EiR.
 - Rifleman textures (re-colored; various elements stitched together from a variety of skins)
   - Due to the high number of skins from which I drew small elements, I will not be attempting to track down their original creators.
Know that the base skins are not to my credit.
   - Due to the amount of time and effort spent melding all of these parts together and re-coloring them, I personally consider these skins to be newly-produced
(functionally speaking). I shall therefore ignore all claims of content theft as the Rifleman content seen in EiR is nearly unrecognizable compared to the original.
 - generic Lynx (Daimler Scout Car; re-colored)
   - Model by DMz and MrScruff, original textures by inukshuk, animation and demo attrib files by eliw00d

I want to ensure we have a 100% decision on the process before we do the wipe.
If not, then I wipe, then someone gets something they shouldn't, then it gets abused, then the shit hits the fan and then I ban shab.

If u b doin a steam release but not giving full credit to all the work you use from others, u b asking for trouble.

[especially as some of these mods are already on steam]

I believe these have to be also visible on the launcher, like say a page where it states "Credits" or something to make it more valid. doubt everyone scavenges forums anymore as often.
