There seems to be a problem with Royal Tank Regiment offmaps. I bought all available uses of Weapons Recon and Typhoon Run on my radioman and could use neither

StuGs or rather JP4s receive Tank Commander upgrade for 175 mp in Blitzkrieg. This is intended or a bug? I'll class it as a bug.
