I can't buy fuel efficiency, nor can I buy scouting, or anything else, for that matter. I have 21 CPs.

I better be able to buy my Dual Rocket racks...

You can have a total of 4 T1 abilities, 3 T2 abilities, 2 T3 abilties, and 1 T4 ability.

Free? All abilities are earned from playing games. You get a maximum of 4 T1, 3 T2, 2 T3, and 1 T4. After that, you'll have to take deselect doctrine abilities before you can choose another.

Fine, but if, say, I didn't want to use pershings anymore, and I want fuel effiecency instead, do I get my CP's back.

(Say a one time switch, that way people don't go back and forth like little people)
