Help unable to call in units

I havent been able to play one game of EIR because I always get a sync error message and promptly get dropped. This occurs whenever the opposing team tries to call in units and my own units are unable to be deployed. This happens on both sides when I am on teh defense and offense. Please help. I have windows vista and followed the guidelines. Please help me!!!!

*Laucher updated? (just start it and it autoupdates)

yeah i dled the files, my launcher is updated, all my troops are manages they are in sqauds, with upgrades and all the nice sauce, and my profile names are correct, but despite all these i jsut can't seem to call in units they can't be deployed and when someone else calls in units i just get dropped. I will try to put up a screen shot of the console to give a better view
