Serious Thread.
IMO Ants is currently not working correctly and has more disadvantages than advantages; Those are the main disadcantages imo;
***Does not actually stop stacking. Forces me to play against people i dont want to play with, as it just happend before. I keep a blacklist for a reason. Some players just have connections issues or lag horrible for me and i dont want to play against them. *Limits the personal choice, teamplay *Not that newb friendly...

I don't see how ANTS itself (Anti team stacking) could favour team stacking . I'll agree though that overall, combined with win %s and a hidden system, it does actually make stacking easier, all it does atm is prevent the extreme stacking. (But even the awesome players have about 60 to 70% so they have a pretty large margin overall)

I think players should have the freedom to play who they want, just give a warning if the team percentage is high.

There used to be players with 100% win playing brand new players.

I'm sure the noobs playing people with 100% would rather play them than not be able to play. Just throwing that out there.

Play (sometimes lose) for CP with anyone with your non vet company, team stack with your vet company. Works great for me. Now that I don't need CP I can just team stack all the time too. No need to worry about whether I get my 7 cp for the day or not.

Just seeing the percentages was the best solution imo, because you see how good the opponent team is. You can switch players to make teams as equal as possible, which is the most fun to play.

I think its fine, up to the point where the launcher decides,
THAT GAMEZ IZ UNFAIR!
The players should decide that, not the launcher. I try playing with a bud who has been unfortunately landed with a noob ratio of 8% and we never get a game, except in a 4v4 situation where some good rations balance our more noobish ones.

The socialist devs would rather force protect you from the evil that is team stacking . I think an unignorable warning that the opposing team is vastly superior would've been fine, let users decide for themselves wether or not they actually want to play after that point. They've been warned, they agreed to playing it and knew what they were getting into. But at least they'll get a game faster, I'm sure a lot of players really don't care who they face, as long as they can get the game going in the short timeframe they have.

EiR is already REALLY harsh on new players, while ANTS might be a good system on the long run, ANTS has become just one more thing to add to the list of things that "suck for newbies". Therefore I propose a removal.

We do not want new players to fight 100% stacked teams. While they may be willing, it gives them a poor taste of EiR and they are much less likely to play again.
