It's settled then. As axis players, we are sneaky players who need to be taught a lesson. Since the Allied players have so much evidence supporting an unconditional surrender, I recommend that we do exactly that right away. Let's a get a new war started, but just to be fair, let's make all the allied units free, and make their popcap value 0.000001.
