Lol. Akranadas, theres no point in arguing with you anymore. I believe what I believe and you believe something else.
Like I said you run the forums the way you want. But if you want results then you should probably consult with the people that run this mod and decide if thats what they really want, and if they do they should follow the rules the same as everyone else. More so that everyone else in fact.
This forum is not an army, This forum is not my job. This is an internet community. You want people to follow the rules devs/mods? Follow them yourself, otherwise your just blowing smoke up everyones ass.
Im done on this topic you know my oppionions on it and it wont change.

I have yet to receive a report (from you or anyone else) about any of the Dev team members breaking the rules (thats not to say they haven't) so all I can say about your assumption that I won't do anything if it's a) Fldash or b) more of the Dev team is nothing more than pure horse shit.
I can take critisim, but when someone says that I am 'failing' in my task as moderator then I take a stand. I can deal with nazi talk, being called any name under the sun; but when you say that I won't do something just because of their 'status' then I need to defend myself. Because as it is; I do delete some of the Dev teams posts because they do break the rules; they are human and they forget. Simple; I've pulled a few of them up and said that's not on.
Do you see it? No of course not, because I handle things privately. I run this forum to as best as I can, and I think I do a fairly good job considering some of the members here seemed to want to make my job harder than it should be. But I guess that's what happens when you moderate something.
All I've gotten from a number of posts is some people just aren't content with obeying simple rules (and oh god, they are so fucking simple; kinder gardeners have harsher rules then these) and as with any rules; the ones that are upset with them are generally the ones doing the wrong thing. So you have two choices when it comes to these forums; either follow the guidelines or gtfo.

Anthony, I for one am getting sick and tired of your whining and complaining about the forum rules. It's really not that hard. The arguments and drama exist only because you create them for yourself. Maybe you find it entertaining to prattle on about the injustices and iniquities of an internet forum, but the rest of us just find it tiresome.

Reporting a post doesn't mean I will do something; It means you want me to take a look at something. I'll take action where I see fit.
If I feel it doesn't need moderating, then it stays. That's the case with about 1/3 of all the reports.

Ill follow the rules when I feel the devs will follow them as well. Dont like it? Do what you please, at this point it really doesnt matter. Im not one to break the rules in the first place, im simply pointing out your rules mean squat to me atm.
You can say whatever you want, what I see is differant than what your saying. Ive seen developer posts that straight up curse someone out and they were not deleted. If a developer can post stuff like that than you are really no one to say others cant as well.
Ill believe you will take action against a developer when I see it. I dont think it will ever happen though, you may delete their posts yes but you certainly are not going to go past that. You really couldnt could you? I mean are you going to ban or suspend someone from their own forums lol.
Deleting their posts is simply not enough for me, everytime one of them posts a thread or responds to a question with one of their off topic retarded remarks or curses someone out because they disagree with them your rules go out the window. It doesnt matter if you delete them it simply shows that they the leaders of this mod dont have respect for the rules, so why should I?

Your right I wouldnt see it, but I certianly see them still breaking the rules which leads me to believe he isnt doing much more than just deleting the odd post. On any other forum when someone breaks the rules over and over they are suspended or banned, its their forum so you cant do that in this situation. However a talk is in order to decide if they really want these rules and if they do they should stop responding to or posting threads with posts that break the rules. Otherwise like is said above, the rules mean nothing.

ok, I have tried very hard to stay out of this conversation. I come from the admin style mindset that rules are rules, you follow them or your out.
I have broken the eir forum rules with a few bad words and a few call outs in my time. I have been slightly to averagely biased in some of my posts, even if MOST are not.
the one thing I strongly believe in is following rules, yet when rules are not enforced there grows the thought that there is no reason to follow them.. please, this thread is more a slap in teh face to this community then anything, and it needs to stop and those breaking the rules need to start getting punishments so that the rules are actually understood and followed.
I guess i am guilty of breaking the rules in the witch hunt thread, of course this is a recurring issue (that thread with those people) otherwise I wouldn't have voiced an opinion about it, but perhaps even I should be dealt with for that.

This is exactly what I was trying to say in the beginning of this thread.
