Ok, simple rule here, if its not positive and true, don't post here.

Firstly we have enough threads bashing life, this mod and anything else.  I wanted to start a thread for the positive things about EiR, and the community we are part of here.   Dash, you deserve to hear the good things a lot more then you do, so thank you for the effort you have put into this mod, thank you for the time you have sacrificed for our entertainment and the fulfillment of your dream, probably turned nightmare.

EiR is one of the most immersive games and communities I have been a part of. We are testing an alpha for a system that has such wonderful and captivating potential. Being part of this makes it all that much more special to us, and we become rather passionate at times.  Being community members I am sure we voice our negative thoughts a lot more then our positive ones, and for that I am sorry, I doubt even with 2.0 that will ever change, sadly.

When you ask 'what we think of eir' everyone took it as a chance to spill the beans on mostly the things they 'disliked' or were slightly unsatisfied with. I want to take a moment to say the things that I like about this project, and its development crew (Fldash, ucross, phil, roflmao, the hidden team, and even forefall (who helps in the back ground) and those we don't really know about)

I love how the units flow between fights, the fact there is no building, that they come from off map (supply lines) and make their way to the front lines.

I love how you set up the fact there is no economy IN GAME, and that in essence we are actually playing two very different systems tied together.

I very much like the attention the dev team gives to this mod, a lot of patches and a lot of updates and tweaks and twists.  I might not always agree with the content, but showing activity over long periods of nothingness is better imo.

The amount of gruff comments you put up with about something you love must be hard, thank you for not giving up on us, and your project.

To Ucross and Dash, thank you for your time.

I like the open-endedness of the community.

I like the fact that we have the ability to mute in Vent.

Great job Fldash. You've probably heard this far too many times but it doesn't hurt especially when it's true. Europe in Ruins is simply one of the finest mods I've played. There are times when the developers have made mistakes, but that won't stop most of us from sticking to it like flies to flytrap paper. Keep up the good work; we'll be ever eager to see what's next.

I'm pretty much new here and i have to say this is the single best mod i have ever played (On that note I consider vCOH the best game I ever played.) Well on that note I would like to thank you for all your work put towards this Mod. The team dedication to this is fantastic. So basically from Escforreality:
