HOW ARE CALLIOPES OP?!?!?! They're like the ONLY thing that can do damage at an efficient rate. Are they OP because they're the only units standing in your way?

Haha, chillax man. I play allies, I am just poking fun at how the mod is balanced. Its all in good fun, you will just start to see some patterns if you are here long enough

Another thing to realize is that all those Grenadiers get an 80% XP bonus....

That calliope hasn't even been used since the start of the war, so it's not a true representation. It was an early war calliope, back when they were still at 80s cooldown. I agree though, axis stuff is so much more survivable :/.

More like 60%, but yeah, all those grens have the T3 that gives the exp bonus.

Axis get some awesome CP abilities unlike Axis who get 15% more health on Infantry which basically means they take 5 seconds longer to die when being chewed up by LMG, HMG and mortars. Great.

Because you have 36 of them and the only thing that can take them out is arty, (which gets blown up 5 mins after you fire it) tanks (which get paked or hit by your 4 double shrek gren squads) or some other off map thing, but when you have 36 of them (and 10 volks) it doesn't matter if you kill 1 or 2 because there are plenty more then what I have, vanilla rifles don't stand up to Grens, and fuck off BARs because they are expensive as fuck and even that BAR squad will be targeted to death and eventually over run by an infantry horde. Mgs get mortared out or simply over run by axis inf, it is so frustrating to play as allies because nothing short of the apocolypse can over run Axis troops the majority of the time.

And reduce the fire rate to match the Axis's mortar? That's just making the two mortars identical. In other words, that's a bad solution.

I've often thought of it Gamma and I think identical mortars would solve a lot of balance issues.

Identical factions would also solve alot of balance issues.

Identical sides would be boring, there wouldnt be any reason to play; that said though balance does need to happen in order for it not to be boring. Axis infantry is superior in almost every instance to allies...something needs to be done, and since we have to wait for this all powerful, super godly thing called 2.0...I hope they (he) gets it right.
