The usual solution...

If one side is better in quality, the other gets better quantity. Which is not really the case looking at MP costs.

My solution anyways is to use superior support units to help rifles out. (By which I mean snipers, calliopes, howitzers, quads, rangers, airborne).

No, Thtb, you're not.  They should cost somewhere from 10-20 MP over Volks.  Right now they're 40+MP over them.
