so, here goes.
For all that cant play during the times suggested by anthony for one reason or another heres a euro game.
Starting Time and Date we have to negotiate but i suggest something like this Saturday or Sunday at around 15:00 CET(GMT+1). That leaves some room to move the Time forward or back depending on peoples schedules.
If your Game tends to crash or you have a lot of Connection Issues, im sorry to say, stay away please.
In a Game with 4+ Persons i really dont see no reason to bother with these issues just because one person cant sort out their stuff.

Since I want this Game to be balanced some Countries will only be available under certain Conditions. For example France will only be available if we get an experienced Player for Germany. They tend to steamroll germany with Tommy support otherwise and the war will be over by 1940, not a fun thing.

Try keeping the Teams balanced when you pick your Team.

Hmmm..... I MIGHT be able to play.  If I can I will play as Nationalist China and make hell for whoever tries to invade China *cough*Japan*cough*. But If nobody tries to invade I might as well start the reunification of China under the Nationalist banner.

Edit: I have always had a big urge to make so that Japan doesn't walk all over the Nat China AI.

not communist china ? those 3 provinces they get from the beginning are a pain in the ass to take with all those fortifications.
on the brighter side of things, i think thtb is very fond of "liberating" china.

I did manage to force an early peace on Communist China by take 2/3 provinces. I would like to take their capital, but however, as soon as I arrive to their captial the Xi'an Event pops up forcing me to surrender all the territories that I took so I will just take 2 Providence from them and accept the Peace so I can at least keep 2 Territories w/ Fortifications and reducing the Communist to 1 Province.

After forceing an early peace I will move up (almost) all my Army to the Shanxi/Japan border in order to make sure it won't be a "walk in the park" for Thtb if he ever wants to invade.

Edit: This will also probably indirectly help or hurt U.S.A since if Thtb commits his forces against me, I will help tie down alot of Japanese resourses, but then again if he doesn't invade because of me, then it will be harder for anthony to attack Japan probably.

 I played HIO II for a long time and i would suppose i´m quite vet.
