When I click company and squad management, it says my company's are NOT at full strength. I have already spend my resources but I still have 190 pop left. What should I do?
When in game, can I choose only of of 3 company's?

Did u resupply? And pop increases as you buy troops. And yes u can only choose one comapny

You choose your company before the game starts.
If its 'not at full strength', this typically means units have died or you have recently gained resource bonuses. Just Resupply that company.

Thank's I see. Just 1 more question, Can I reinforce my units in the game without a halftrack? Do I start with a building where I can reinforce?

You can not renforce units ingame at all. Medkits and triage center only heal your health.

also if ur axis ur infantry get health regen which is fantastic at vet 1
