Watch the Band of Brothers episode "Crossroads" (I believe it's episode 5), and you will see darling Winters remove rounds from a garand.  That's easy enough, and I believe I've seen it being done in another game (but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was).  Basically if you want to reload mid-clip, then you remove the rounds currently in it, and quickly insert another clip.  It's slow, and not something you do under fire.

Yeah, singleplayer for BIA:RTH30 was good, but there is virtually no people online, which let me down by alot. (partly I think because it doesn't seem to allow people to set up a dedicated server.) At least in EiR there will be at least 2-3 people online at least.

Just to let other know it's not like alpha footage or anythign in essence, but they changed gears and delayed the game to get more of what they wanted.  So knew footage is kinda sorta alpha while they rehash everything I guess, or atleast hope. The graphics have definitely changed for what seems like the worse... hopefully to help gameplay.

The way the soldier spotted before was interesting, I hope they'll fix that back to how it was... since right now it seems like if you're against a wall you're invisible

Shooting was always nice in BiA too me, Guns where not held perfectly steady and you didn't always pull the trigger perfectly and you basically ended up firing very realistically in BiA:EiB. I think it got even better now, since you seem to stay crouched to the size of your cover, and hip fire seems to be good enough that smgs keep their advandage.

As for realism, just like in ANY game you need to market the game to everyone, and thus you need to market it as semi-realistic and give people options to make it more realistic. It's unfortunate you can't do it the opposite way, but us realistic lovers are smaller.

Woo, this response turned out bigger then I wanted it to be..

hmm, i played the Original Brothers in Arms, Road to Hill something.
as far as i can recall MP sucked, the AI was dumb as bread and in most situations you couldnt really decide which way to go but had to follow the path the devs intended for you.
and supressive fire -> Flanking -> kill enemy gets repetitive if its your ONLY option.
imo not enough freedom of choice in that game to make it worth playing.
and as far as MP goes BF1942 > all

The Brothers in Arms series were always were very good games, the aiming and squad tactics are a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to this one. There graphics are awesome.

I hope that there is also a multiplayer option without bots and players only, still featuring the tactics, but I doubt it. What I dont like as well is the behind the wall switch to 3rd person, I think it pulls you out of the fps action too much and you may lose overview. The stealth mode shown in the video reminded me of the scary movie killer hiding under the carpet and behind the curtain.

i love that, it works really well in RB6V it would be harder to play if you stayed in first person as you cannot get an overview of the area before you pop out.
