I stopped caring about who wins this war at about the time the last war's war medals did not finish getting announced.

I have been a notorious player for NOT playing 1 company through, I look at saints games and am a bit jealouse.   The amount of RBS you could achieve with 200ish games played would be essentially unbearable on your enemies, but I tend to like variety in my gaming to much.

and so I ask the question.

If you play next war, what are you going to go for?

if you are NOT going to play next war, why not?

I am fence sitting atm, I have approx 100 games this war, as I usually do on average.  I have played this mod for over a year now, and the lack of information or percieved development towards 2.0 makes me wonder if another war is really what I need to be bothering with.

But at the same time I love this mod for its persistency, I just kinda wish for some growth with the units..

I wonder, did dash actually kill himself because he missed his may notification like he said he would? ok ok I kid, I kid...


MYSELF, if I play, I am going to play a STACKED infantry company and try to achieve 200 games played with all RBS into ammo.  that should wtf pwn any axis group I run into when all my infantry are vet 3...!

will prolly end this war with 125 or so games on my terror company - I doubt i will play until 2.0, if I do it will be Defensive t4 omniscience

i tend to only play the start of wars just because the is no elite troops really i will play the next upcoming war as an armour company onboard mechanics and tank command T4 but seriously where is dash he said he was away for the weekend and never seemed to come back...

Hopefully Age of Conan, EIR is getting dull, and it will only be worse starting all over again.

i have played a grand total of 28 games this war with my two accounts, and i don't intend on playing again properly ever, but i will try out 2.0, but i doubt i will be that serious about it.

Well, axis will be full again so i think i will repick airbourne. Played all the other allied doctrines are they are sherman/rifle snooze fests.

***** I'm looking forward to the new war simply because I haven't had the opportunity to be in one. When I joined EIR this war, it was already dolling out 50 CPs. As far as 2.0 goes, it will get here when it gets here. EIR is currently fun enough for me to keep playing.

I think I will try to be more one sided this time in my company though and really try to build one up instead of playing everything.

I will say its a shame to see so much negativity, especially for a mod that no one is paying to play. Just trying to play is tough for me due to RL, I can't imagine actually working on something just for fun.

I'll still play, I'm still relatively new, I only joined at the end of last war. I'm still exploring the different doctrines and T4s.

I don't know how many battles I've had, I want to say more then 50 but less then 100.

I also have 7 accounts on here for different doctrines once the 50 CPs were handed out because I wanted to see what they were all about. I've come to the conclusion I'm not an allied armor player, or an axis terror player, unless I go down the long GS tree which I would like to do at some point.

At the start of the new war I think I will go as axis defensive because I just recently got the omni T4 and I think it's freaking awesome, and I'll make an allied account and go down the raid assault tree. I can't live with just 1 account because I hate waiting around for a game because we can't find one allie or one axis.

I won't play if this war ends. I'll just go do vCoH. I hope they put the territories to 500 and 500 so it doesn't end.
