News from the front:
Our 1st Blitzkrieg (Evilnrg) and 13th Blitzkrieg (Thtb) divisions beat back the 501st Airborne (Forceman4077) and 134th Airborne (MountainMan) divisions in a fierce skirmish. This follows a few other successful battles in the effort to stop the Allies. Hopeful soldiers everywhere are beginning to speak of a possible end to the Allied advance.

Map; 4_p_Crossroads
Battle-ID; See screenshot

-My first game as axis this war Wink

GG, as hint why allys lost;
-Bombing run a single pak? (Nvm part of the plan of ally tank domination)
-To much vet saveing. Easy going for my unvetted suicide troops.
-Again; Stugs are to cheap, point proven

Feel free to chatter about the balance issues that are showen;

Bundle nade uterly useless. You see that? like 5% dmg to a hmg, 1 guy killed by throwing it into 20 wounded AB, so short ranged that you already get decloak.
The stachle nearly seemed usefull compare to that since they at least great craters and dmg buildings.

i think that's why they are so cost effective

the the next 7 or so come on, the problem is they can wear down AT and then you or your partner brings out the panthers and tigers.

i'd like to see a stug wear down an AT gun

(which is what they should have used instead to counter)

the chateau is a super ghey area for AT guns on crossroads though.

two can. one takes the hits the other flanks OR they both flank... from different sides. anyway, AT guns are not exactly mobile, and if a player knows where they are then they can avoid them or just shoot on past.

If you're content with sending Stugs at AT guns, I'm willing to give you help wherever I can.

I think what others are trying to say is: "don't give others advice and game insight when you need advice yourself" Tongue.
Stugs vs AT guns is a no go. AT gun spam is the most effective way for allies to deal with any number of tanks, especially when combined with stickies.

yea, but AT *spam* was not part of the original discussion... it was stuG spam vs normal amounts of AT gun/AT units, obviously if you spam the counter to the spammed unit you should win.

Bundle nades are amazing, just don't use them on men that are obv being watched, and that can still fireup.

Single bundle nade obliterated a vet 2 rifles and mg of mine few days ago. (leaving 1 rifle guy who was shot straight after).

The decloak range is just right for not cloaking when going against infantry, tanks, bunkers, buildings etc.

Not sure about stug's being too cheap, fought ampm's stug heavy companies before and he always seems to run out of them before I run out of AT.
When compared to other things maybe, but right now it's not in the extreme for what they can do.
