a little note of advice to some players in this community, when you have pop use it, if we need AT dont call out more vanilla grens and i am almost 100% you do not need 30pop 2 defend one unit for example a nebel.

But if you dont surround your Nebel with Sandbags, Machine Guns, Tigers and Snipers, how will you ever keep the dastardly allied artillery from hitting it?

also note you must put them as close together as possible and stay still after giving away your position, also ignore the sound of an on map howitzer.

My available companies:
Allies:

Axis:
*Defensive going for rocket artillery
  Blitz going for lightning war
And an experimental Terror company going for subversion consisting of all volks and two King Tigers

It's always fun when your teammate builds a doomfortress.

Two territories deep behind the lines.

Then says its a fallback position.

As advice to newer players, the nebel should be the most mobile non-vehicle unit you have, it should be moved immediately after being fired, and shouldn't be brought back up to the front-ish back lines til it's almost ready to use again.

I love it when people bring out something that is vetted and then yell to you to protect it whenever it is under attack, and then you must move all of your shit over to it, lose your flank, then lose the game, and get yelled at by the same jack-hole because his howy or w/e died....

I do however like building a fortressofdoom at the radar area on radar station. Lock that down and then send tank support to my teamates.

yea i know that feeling bodybag

like last war i would lock down whole parts of maps with layers of mines, wire, tank traps, pillboxes you name it i built it. The germans would take good number of losses or waste time trying to break through. only to have my allied team member make a hole for his troops and then have the other team pour through there like water. and then get yelled out by my team member for not making a better wall lol

I like when people cluster around a nebel, fire it, and then leave it all sitting there to get counter batteried.

You know what's funny, once I had an enemy nebel, and fired a Howitzer at it counter battery fashion, into fog of war and the first shell hit the nebel head on.

i laugh at that.... Let me Build an 88 here guys... So that umm we can lure the tanks here... Oh.. wait... Umm they have us on bleed??  THEY WILL ATTACK!..

1 minute later

88 Fires 1 shell

20 mins later

88 has fired 5 shells... and now is getting over run by a blobs of rifles , and charged by a croc, then is recrewed, and ever axis tank flees the field.

Played a game on Bastion where they made a doom fortress out of the city. They put a Flak 88 in the city, in a courtyard where it had to places it could fire. It was pretty funny. They also decided to group the 88 and their Stukas together. Calliope food.

Dunno man if you try to stay out of the fla88s range it can take like 4-5 barrages from the calliope.

I for one, hope that British artillery doesn't have over-watch.  It will make it so you can't use even a mortar without getting fucked up in 10 seconds or less.  If you can use it, I hope it's a buyable upgrade and costs a fuckload.
