Honestly, I get annoyed when Americans show their patriotism to such greater extents then required, it feels like they're drones, programmed to support their government no matter what. My opinion.
Though I know that a lot of americans are nice people and generally not follow their stereotype, the ones that DO stand out, make themselves look like retards.
On another note, during a trip to America, a cashier asked my dad as he was buying Beer..
Cashier : Whats your nationality?
Dad : We'll... we're from Russia. (Really not, but for the sake of simplicity...)
Cashier : oh cool cool, thats like, a couple miles away from here right? A couple hour ride north right?
hearing that, i pissed myself. Since you mentioned EU stereotypes, i decided to throw in the Geography stereotype on Americans
