Saying someone has a British accent is about as specific as saying someone has an American accent, I just realized. Because an American accent could be a southern accent or a brooklyn accent, british could be cockney or posh.

I'm being General about the English(England) because I like them all.

Queens, Lancashire, Yorkshire, East Anglian, Scouse, Cumbrian, Estuary, Mackem, Cockney, Geordie, Glaswegian, Highland, Ulster, Brummie, Channle, Somerset, Manx, Gwynedd, Southern Welsh, Devonshire, Essex, ect... There are so many on such a small set of islands that you cannot generalise. British accents are very diverse, the product of a millennia (don't you dare) worth of influence, local tongue and history.

Put it into the situation, if she had a car and it was a fair distance then she should use the car. Taking a baby out usually does not mean you are going to cross continents, for short distances she should just realise that legs are there for a reason.

No because I don't have two speeds. I would advise walking unless you are using the trip for exercise too. Around* twenty miles seems like a car journey actually, anything over eight miles usually calls for a taxi or car or some form of transportation.
