I get all the way to the loading screen of a game then when the game starts its frozen. Everyone in the battle can talk but there is no countdown or deployed troops. The minimap is visible. I've had this mod for 4 months and have only played one game because of this problem. Yes i am using Vista but i run it as admin and have all necessary files exempt from the firewall.

usually when it freezes on load...(was your hq still visible) it means you have missing/curropt/old files....is your firewall blocking the launcher from downloading them?

and i dont think theres supposed to be an HQ when your attacking is there?

thats what i thought
i've played one game and Apex helped me with that..problem was i had crappy dialup so i lagged out
but ive gotten rid of it and upgraded to high speed cable

Hmm I have about a 1Gig I suggest you try to Get at least a Gig and a half to play EIR in 4v4s and intense 3v3s. The Scar takes up more RAM than normal COH.

yea ive tried playin 2v2 in eir and it doesnt work i can play 3v3 in regular CoH and when i bought this computer the box said 1gig..but boxes are so reliable arent they?  |

Well they round up, mine had 448mb. It said 512mb so we just went out and bought a Gig Ram Stick. It said a Gig I got like 960mb or something.

Lol, you can only buy 512, 1 gig or 2 gig for RAM, you can't get '448' or '960'. What you can get is just really cheap RAM that sucks.
