Bad, use crocs instead to force there AT out, especially stormys.

If you get a 3rd Callie...dont depend on it, you do need other AT and AI as well.

All American Tanks are weak, croc can be easily taken down by 2 shrek squads. Cali could prolly last longer if covered well

If you get a 3rd Callie...dont depend on it, you do need other AT and AI as well.

On a 3v3- there are 2 other players that can contribute to the def against tanks/inf.

Thats the main problem.  If you can cover it with your troops or you allies troops that works. Even in a 2v2 or 3v3 your teammates might be too busy.

maybe.. but if the axis have a cali coming down on them every once in a while they have to pull back, reinforce, make an attack, but then are shot down with cali once again.


The only problem i have is not using half of my other squads because my dual cali's survive for so long.

well, and this is just a personal issue of mine,  if I see you pull out 2 callis and arent supoporting me any other way...I might get a bit angry with you, expecially if its a 2v2, 3v3 is somewhat ok because there are 2 other players to do the infantry and AT part.

thats just it, I am supporting you... im taking down whatever type of def they have- lettign them attack specific areas and im contributing an MG and AT of my own.

How do you get through a def the fastest way? You blow everything up.

2 callies from one player are acceptable in 3v3, but as Draygon said I think it is too much for 2v2.

To be honest all you need is 1 cally. Use it and move and you are fine. If you use it appropriately you won't need more then 1.

If you have enough fuel for 3 calli's, then you should take that fuel and do as I do, and this works to great avail.  Get yourself one calli and 5 sherms, and put the .50 cal upgrade on them, and also get a mine flail on at least one.  you will find shermy spam is the king, and with the very broken tank command you can field 4 sherms and 2 riflemen squads at the same time.  Its so OP and its cool, cause the axis do the same with stugs.

 the same reason people use multiple nebelwerfers: if you do more, you can blow shit up more effectively than just one, or catch enemies as they try to get out of your arty fire.

- take out mulitple postions/ ended up geting over 50 kills in inf on my one cali and over 30 inf kills on the other. Added some vehicles to both.

-thats the thing... the movement of tanks is a lot rougher in EiR than it is in normal COH, i fear having more than 2-3 tanks because you could ask them to do a simple back up and they end up doing a 180 turn around.

i run a 3 cali company currently, last war i had 4 calis, and they raped. 

YEa its tougher in 2v2s but anytime people get bunched up, they die, vet 2 with 20% dmg...  Long range rrapes then, MG and pak guns die, infantry can move in... its alot fun. 

In 3v3s i had 4 calis on the field at once and miroing them alll is a pain but when u get the cali teir 4.... Its called the Allied Armor Artillary brigade... might as welll live up to that title... 

Hell 4 callis on the field made it so that there was never 1 enemy blob attackign 1 spot on the fild at any given time so it forced them to attack and be sread out all game and even then 2 squads die here and there and always have 1 barrage on immade fire ability... makes for one hell of a stressfull game but if done properly... and u have 2 good teamates... its tough as nails to beat.
