vet 3 stug. fighting off a gimick company

This season: Vet3 Sniper, 130+Exp in three games. He got killed because I retreated him (to get some more pop) and an M8 charged my FlaK 36, was hit and while out of control managed to one hit my sniper....

His replacement is Vet3 already but I just wonder if he could have been half way to the leader board by now.

Also, I can't remember that far back but I think my first ever Vet3 was either a Flack 36 or a StuG.

Ive never had a vet 3, but I had a calli 5 exp away from vet 3, and while trying to offmap, it was chased down by 5 p4's using blitzkrieg.

I had evry unit in this game, minus, Stug, Stuh, Rangers, m10´s (was close to that once....), KT (dont use em) at vet. 3 once.

My first one was a Stormtrooper Squad if i recall right.

my first vet 3 was a  storm trooper squad, but i can count all my vet 3's i have ever had on my fingers.

A strumtruppen squad with double mp44s owning everything around it. Except Shermans. Which was the double shrecks job.

My first vet 3 was probably my Riflemen. I've never had a vet 3 tank. I used to run a company of 22 vet 3 Riflemen. I also managed to get an Allied to Sniper to vet 3 once, but it was countered sniped a few moments after it had hit vet 3. As for my Axis record, I've had vet 3 Volks and Grenadiers. I also got a Sniper from 0 exp to vet 3 in two games, thanks mostly to my Heavy Support doctrine and my opponent's large reserve of Rangers and Airborne. Unfortunately, the Sniper died after being Jeep rushed and then hit by a Howitzer shell as it was moving back to recover (Vet 1 heath regen ftw). Likewise, I've never gotten a Vet 3 tank on the Axis side either.

My first vet 3 unit was a howie. I managed to get it to vet 3 by winning 3 games in a row with jackmccrack. I had arty fortification which is faster cool down and 50% more shells. But my first legitimate vet 3 unit was a stuh. I was so happy to get it. It pwned the hell out of everything and was a great opening unit. That is until it got killed by an impossibly far away AT gun round that swerved completely around a hedge to finish it off.

Though now vet 3 units aren't a huge deal to me as much as they used to, once you obtain a few you realize that:
A. they don't make a huge difference in the impact of your army
B. they really aren't too difficult to get

They are still nice to have, especially if you can mass them, but only certain vet 3 will actually help you win the war or really change the tides.

My first vet 3 was a calliope I think, I only had about 4 vet 3's in my entire 'carreer', I can't get enough time to play any games.

My first vet 3 was I think howitzer and it lasted about 3 weeks before being killed in apex's first allied game.

First vet 3 was a Pershing. And my only other vet 3 is a sticky squad, long live the stickies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, i just had a vet 1 rifle squad go to vet 3 after stickying and killing a KT. It didnt last long as the KT proceeded to run over the 1 remaining guy while out of control. I cant believe they made it so inf dont run out of the way of OoC vehicles.

1st vet 3 was a mortar... got killed 2 games later by an airborne squad when i wasn't watching it i cried.

My first, and so far ONLY, vet3 was a King Tiger, who gained vet and died in the same game (so I still have no idea what a vet 3 KT does).

He was vet 2 + a little bit extra xp when the game started, waaaay back in the SECOND war (way back then). I didn't even have german steel or anything like that.

So, off he goes, and he gets put in as the game starts. As they're pushed waaay back he gets 4 sherman kills, then another 2 (and I was like 'omg wtf???' sherman spam!), then 2 pershing kills (even more wtf). This was @ like the 20 min-35 min mark. A ton of infantry kills, too, and some apc kills as well (m8's and jeeps).

Vet 3. Yay. then he gets immobilized @ their spawn, we can't get to them, and a bajillion rangers take hima lmost out. KT still kills them, then with only an inkling of hp crawls off the field...and gets blown up by some random 2 person rifle squad @ 10% hp that popped out of nowhere and got a rear hit with a bazooka they picked up -_-.
