Best CoH Skinpack

I'm looking for a new Skinpack to give CoH a little facelift, but I'm not sure which one to take. So I was wondering whether you guys can give me some suggestions on which one is the best to download and why. Maybe you can add some sample pictures or give links to them.

Which is the best CoH Skinpack?

I just use the skin pack that Halftrack made. Runs smooth and looks good. Not really noticeable on the infantry but very noticeable on the vehicles.

I don't suppose that there's any way to use more than one skin pack at once in EiR, is there? I know we used to be able to do it (i.e. before Halftracks skins were compiled into one file (vehicle and infantry skins)). But now the mod uses one reference file. Is there someone who could compile multiple packs into one file?
