Ok so I have this virus: Trojan:ZLOB. From what I gathered it is a downloader and Norton has stopped the downloads I THINK. However the file is still on my computer. I did a full scan with Norton and SURPRISE it said I'm all fine. However Task Mngr. is disabled and my Registry has been fucked with so I can't access it.

My question is what can i get that will get rid of this? I got a Malware tool from Microsoft that hasn't finished, and I'm running Windows Defender scan which is scanning like a MILLION files. I also downloaded this program called spy Hunter, but for some reason it crashes half way through the scan. Some1 HALP please?

Of course Norton sucks. I did some manual virus finding on my computer awhile back when I had Norton. I was in a folder about to delete it when Norton pops up saying it found it. Thanks for the help, douche bag.

Lol, yeah i hate it but my dad swears by it. So that is what we have...Although i think some free stuff is better then Norton (granted after the rebates Norton is free as well).

Norton has stopped me from getting viruses a couple times; but it doesn't help me get rid of them. Supposely  its supposed to get rid of them; but I went and got AVG and did a scan and had 2813viruses. Like thanks for the help norton.  Tongue

AVG=pwnage, found 4 virus's in 1/16th of the time it took norton to find 0.

Well it said it got rid of the 9 virus's but my Task Manager and Regestry is still off limits. Any ideas on how to fix that?

You'll probably spend less time saving everything worth saving and reinstalling Windows from the ground up than you will spend trying to fix everything as it is now.

First off it was a Europa Torrent that was bad not P0Rn.

Second there are a few fixes listed for re-enabling Task Mngr and the registry. So I'm pretty just set now.
