I'm not even going to watch it cuz I've already done my own research into it. It's legal because the US didn't have to declare war in a war that never really ended. Gulf War 1 never legitimately ended, it was just a cease fire, but it was a cease fire under certain terms which Saddam broke. Clinton while he was in office in 97-98 considered invading Iraq himself but backed off it because no one could come up with a good post-war plan, and they didn't want what has happened to happen. Not saying I support the whole thing, I thought it was stupid to begin with, but to say it's illegal is just silly.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Personally I don't know. All I know is that I think Bush had it planned to take over Iraq and have a bunch of oil. Well that backfired and now everyone hates us. I'm not going to comment on the legality of the issue but I do think it was a bullshit invasion when we should have pursued Osama Bin Laden. Removing Saddam I think was mildly valid because the guy was a horrible dictator but all of this shit afterwards I think is unnecessary. I mean we are still there simply because if we leave, terrorist rebels or worse AL Qadea will probably take over the government, similar to the Russian invasion of Afghanistan where Al Qadea took over the government.

This made me think of a letter I got in the mail to join some sort of national security thing in DC (got it through school, I'm kind of smart) and I got it and said to myself: "wow, why would I go to this, the people that run our National Security have been doing such a good job "
