As much as cutting taxes while increasing spending on all sorts of social projects sounds nice, its not gonna fly.

I generally dislike both the right and the left. Socialism is bullshit and only punishes those who succeed. The far right keeps people from succeeding at all.

I also dislike government involving itself in my business any more than it already does.

Did you read his financial plans? You do realise with the 3 trillion dollars spend on iraq you could've fed the entire third world or at least have given all american families social security and what not?

Also he will cut taxes for the middle class while increasing the taxes on the like top 2% of the population (the rich people basically) right now they are hardly taxed what they should be in comparison to the middle class.

Because that policy has worked out so well over the last 8 years right?

I'm not a big fan of michael moore, I think his 9/11 conspiracy was bullshit although I will agree with him on some levels.
'Sicko' was better but I think he idealised the european system a little too much.

P.S I'm really tired, might be making a lot of typos, can't tell anymore :p.

Yep Unknown, I know that, then again, why would we waste our tax money feeding the poor in other countries? You do also know that our military and all of the businesses related to it provide a large chunk of our economy right?

To be honest I'm skeptical on what the fuck hit the pentagon. I've watched a lot of shit and one thing I've noticed is 1) no bodies 2) nothing that resembles a plane 3) only 1 engine and 4) No video of an actual plane impacting the Pentagon, the best I've seen is a white point and then in the next frame an explosion.

Unfortuently we've veered off from the Iraq war's legallity but I think the presidential election information is valid enough lets not bring in more 9/11 stuffs.

But does it offset what we spend on it?

******MAC FACTS (not rumours)*******

1. Always at the bottom of his class
2. Self declared women chaser
3. At age 45 abandoned his first wife and kids to marry a rich girl
4. Flip flop pseudo republican
5. Pick his VP after one meeting with her
6. Four times cancer survivor.
7. The oldest presidential candidate in US History.

Haha, youtube comments are amusing. Sadly it's kind of true. Why would you vote on someone who is likely not to even make it past his first term as president alive, you can not honestly suggest Palin would do a good job running the US with McCain gone. He should've taken the responsability to pick a VP that was reliable and experienced, just in case but instead he decided to play the female card. He certainly won't have 8 years like Bush either way, I guess that's a relief :p.

It shows, the US economy has boomed ever since Iraq! You do realise it's mainly those companies like Haliburton, of which Dick Cheney is CEO that make all the money Wink.

Yup. But then again telling people to stop doing whatever they can to get ahead in the business world goes against what the US is. You have the right to do as well as you can, you do not have a right to do well.

People seem to forget this, and too many people think they deserve free handouts for Medical Care and other crap when they can go out and spend 3k on a TV or go out to eat every night because they are to lazy to make anything.

You know what the statistics say, but you don't see how the poor spend their money. I've worked in plenty of hovels fixing high end computers for customers while they watch a big screen LCD TV. Its not like they are starving either. Its just they want to play with their money instead of using it for the things they think should be provided for them.

Goverment, by its nature is inefficient ...Im not saying it doesn't serve a strong purpose, however curuption is easier.

For Instance, 31% of Medicare is Fraud... What private organization has 31% fraudulent payouts.

Marksist theories, which big government are founded on, do not work. As evident in other countries.

Be careful what you wish for...How big is too big

There has only been 2 times is American history which one party controls both branches of governmet:

a. FDR (Democrat), the New Deal, gave us: Social Security, Welfare, FTC (which has unchecked regaultory abilities) FBI, ect......
b. Nixon (Republican), the Great Society, Law enforcement had almost unlimited powers. Citizen's rights where greatly deminshed

That is why above all esle that if people want Obama's "Change", they better know what there getting into because Government is going to get HUGE.

Huge governments create more jobs. Obama aims to get closer to a european system and the european system works, just like the american. Ours seems to be failing less in times of crisis though. In addition the european systems generally have more checks and balances, one man is not capable of vetoing anything.

The sad part though is that with this VP pick he will probably get the popular vote just because of all the publicity that he's gotten. Although getting the popular vote means shit (Gore and Bush). There are rumerous though that Florida may be more democratic then republican this election which I would love, considering the republican leaders in this state have basically fucked over the home owners and schools (they changed high school start times in my county to save 6 million dollars for the year and ended up having to pay 2 million EACH MONTH in overtime, plus there is a stupid shortage of teachers).

But wait Champion, where will all that money to pay the huge influx of "civil servants" come from, let alone buy all the supplies, buildings etc. Where will the money come from to pay for your kid's state paid for braces?

Oh thats right, straight out of his ass...

There is a reason people in other countries pay more than 40% of their income in taxes. Unknown, your people are fine with that tax rate. It just won't fly here.

But yet we make the same amount of money as the average american. Converted to American dollars we even make nearly double Wink.

P.S your tax money gets spent on McCains 8 mansions, isn't that lovely?

Except my grandmother who gets almost shit from SS now a days has to make the decison between food or medicine. And she has lived in her little house for a bout 20 years, the newest thing is a fridge that my parents bought her because the one she had for 20 years died. The people you are referring about are not the ones who are affected by such things its the ones who can't speak up that get hurt.

There is someone that I agree with.

Yes I was talking radical for an American perspective.

MSNBC is clearly in the tank... It is well report in both CNN and Fox.

Obama mudslings just as much.
My cousin is a democratic member of the house, and my best friend runs campaigns in Florida. I know how it works, both do it.

Although the government feeds a quarter of Africa and give more money through private contributions than any other nation by far

Oh please, you tell that to the millions of people who are poor in both Europe and the US. The example you put forth is an insult to those people who struggle every fucking day and do not waste their money on luxury items.

Ofcourse, AMPM is all knowing and has seen poverty with his own eyes, it's all their own fault for being lazy scum.

It's an example to illustrate how much you could've helped the world. You want a better example, fine. You could've solved poverty in the U.S easily.

Bullshit, the US is way behind on third world support and ecological concern compared to Europe. And even Europe isn't doing all that great.
