i've lost my patient with this damn game, I've played the best I can, mixed my tactics and there's still not a damn thing I can do.

the allies are so under powered it's ridiculous. For the same price of units the axis gets so much better stuff and then they have their bullshit powers. I know I know allies have artillery but come on, that's about it. Rifles suck, freakin allies get 1 main line infantry, damn axis get two and then the upgrades are overpriced for allies. Hell, the american war machine's productions doesn't even match the prices. The main reason the allies won WW2 is because they could out produce the axis but that doesn't even reflect in game. I've tried and tried but my patience is gone...I'll give Salan one more chance to fix this damn mod cuz I trust him but if it's still sorry afterwards I'm so done. I don't know if I'm going to leave all together but I won't be as nice anymore and fuck sportmanship, it doesn't work for the allies.

you damn axis players whine about callies and howitzers and airborne spam but that's only cuz you're so used to winning with your bullshit. I'm 26-56 and I've lost 16 straight games over all. This is insane. I have a 0.50 ratio, I'm not having fun anymore. Maybe I stay with my callie company but at the same time, my percentage is lower there and I've had so many people drop on me cuz my callies own them, it's tiring. I swear, it seems like when you beat some axis players, they're so used to winning all of a sudden the connection goes bad or whatever. Anyway...:sigh:

Youve reached the same lvl of frustration that most players do at one point or another, welcome to the EIR community full and proper. 

One thing to think about is this does your doctrine meet your play style?  odd question maybe but everyone has a unique play style that comes through.  I would reconmend that rather than look at the system assess your style of play look at where you have strengths in play or where you feel you can control the outcome and then choose a doctrine and then a company to meet your playstyle.

Beyond that you joined the mod in a period of stagnation, we now have some limted momentum, hang around or better still take a break for a while. I think ive walked away maybe 4 times but come back and still find the game a draw card.   There are times when you can overdo somthing and push your paitence to far and besides its only a game.

 i know. i've changed my playstyle a lot but it just doesn't work at times and lately cuz a lot of people left after TLS the level of my partner has dropped, yet some of the better axis players have stayed, so im very frustrated yes.

Allies have been fucked forever, its not axis players who are better (like they so believe) Rifles are so expensive;along with upgrades Holy Shit man.

As an allied player I've NEVER lost by being out tanked, but I lose by being out infantried. MP40s? Underpriced!! I'll end my rant early before I derail...

Yeah... I havent played one game in about 2 months. I refuse to play when allies are fucked over so royally. (And the lack of games doesnt help much either)

Salan seems to know exactly what to change though, so godspeed to him and hopefully I'll be playing in another month. Until then, ive got Spore and Star Wars: Force Unleashed.

They aren't really fucked over but certain playstyles just won't work. My 2 Pershing or Sherman spam with onboard microed correctly leaves the enemy with close to no infantry by the time i call my first ones on.

Edit: Shit I forgot about SW force unleashed, must buy!

Well as a new player with 25rb 50cp starting mid war and not playing to much, I always play against Vet 2s&3s when I have no vet at all, so I get bum rushed. My defense was usually better than their offence, but with Vet they utterly pwned my 30cals my rifles and my at guns. What I'm saying is Veterancy is too strong that it destroys non-vet units. New Player have no chance against the NoobBashing Axis with Vet2s&3s galore.

Really depends, 20% speed is very handy, as is penetration.

Infantry vet and ATG vet rock, vet 3 rifles are 25% harder to hit, 10% more accurate, and do 25% more damage. How is that bad? They don't regen, they aren't meant to outlast each axis squad, but with some triage centers you can run around all day.

Sigh, I don't want to get into the discussion of why allied vet MAY be awesome but ends up being worse then axis vet. *awaits pengu to swoop in and bash us with numbers* but basically. Riflemen vet only shines at Vet 3. Vet 1 makes them dodge a bit more but axis vet regens health. Health regen is singlehandedly the better of the two. It gives you long term staying power, while the rifle vet may make a very small difference in a single engagement. Vet 2 makes them 10% more accurate and longer sticky range but the main one is the accuracy because not every riflemen has stickies. So your a bit more accurate big whoop, you still have the same health and do the same damage. Then Vet 3 is where the rifles kick ass with 25% more damage. Or do they?

Axis get vet 1 of health regen fair enough. At vet 2 for Grens they get. 33% suppression resist, 25% damage resist. So lets see Vet 3 rifles vs Vet 2 Grens don't do 25% more damage they do....normal damage.  I don't remember vet 3 atm.

I guess its a matter of not treating Rifles like Grens, they rely on their timed abilities, grenades, BAR SF, etc.
