yep, just try to sticky a tank that can slaughter almost an entire rifle squad with 1 shot, thatīs really smart.

It still sounds like a cost efficient trade off if you can kill the tank threw nearly loosing 1 rifle squad.

no, 3 stickies will not kill a StuG, at least most of the time.
Sticky does 100-150 dmg.
StuG has 400 HP. It's rather rare to get 3 max damage rolls in a row, and it's even rarer to get a killing critical immediately. You're much more likely to be put to 5 HP + engine destroyed/immobilized/Main gun destroyed/Gunner killed, than get killed by the 3rd/4th sticky.
Taking into account the fact you'd be using either 840 mp and 320 mu to instakill/disable a 380 mp 165 fu vehicle, or, more likely, using 2 rifle squads(420 mp, 160 muni) waiting at the StuG to throw off the other two stickies for 30 seconds, the sticky becomes far from all that great. Sure, you'll kill a StuG, but by the time you've killed it, I'll have 2 LMGs there raping your riflemen, hoarding myself some veterancy to be used later in the game vs you. Not to mention the StuG can easily outrun the stickies as well. Learn to Micro.

i mean that stickies just should destroy the engine, immobilize it, destroy main gun etc. but not do 150(!) dmg
its much less than 150 in vCOH i guess...

People never seem to realize this, an unupgunned sherman is a panzer IV by another name. They will generally more or less tie when they fight.
The Pz4 has a slight edge and you ought to expect to see it win more often. But if a Sherman has tungsten tipping from armour coy, it will win due to increased penetration. Likewise a German Steel Terror Pz4 will probably win more often due to decreased penetration and more hp.

RoF: averages 5 seconds for 1 shot

You'll also note that the Sherman has another 36 hitpoints, for what it's worth :p
Anyway, it's BASICALLY a tie. The PzIV will win more often than not, but it won't be by terribly much, especially throwing doctrine abilities into the mix to further shake the equation.

I think the versatility of the sherman is more useful than the Pz IV. Its ability to snipe squads, even taking out 2 of the soldiers in the process is devastating. This is probably partly due to the fact that axis squads are smaller rather than its effectiveness.
I notice on an average that shermans perform better than panzers in terms of accuracy on the move. Anyone can verify this is true or false? This is the only point of contention I have between these two tanks.

Panzer4 accuracy versus shermans is better than sherman accuracy versus P4

Both have the same accuracy versus infantry, it's just with smaller axis squads you tend to lose more resources per shot against the sherman.
Sherman has a bigger AOE radius which would explain the infantry rape from it. Roughly 50% bigger.

but his Un-upgunned is perfectly acceptable seeing as he used the - to separate the word so he is not killing the English language lol
