if it makes you feel any better, my ratio is roughly the same, it takes a while to get use to it just find a style taht suits you abnd go with it but also know your weekness, that way you know when to run away and save your units, also i think there is a mentee thing to help improve new players

same until i got a base of rp and vet (these are not important tough) it was about after 10 lost games i found out how my company should look like and how i it fits my play style (this is most important)

You should be picking and choosig who play a little more, or more like who you play with. to many good players i think stack games. or hell it could just be you suck so bad your dragging them down with you!!
But in all seriousness i would watch some replays of other games and see what it is we do that you dont, Using cover, special abilitys. Combat groups so you can select your units without having to cick each one. and if all that fails just go arty and spam hell from above!

and iv tried messing aroudn with my company and i think iv found a good 1 tho..
im 1-1 with it, i lost to a game with the ranked 4 person in it..

If you want to watch a replay you need to find a replay thread and download the battle file as well as the replay file. put both int he correct directorys and bam your away.
grab one of the more experienced players and get em to throw some tips your way, and dont be disheartend by heavy losses, we all have been there. you can always rebuild again.

when i came back to EIR after missing like 3 entire wars, i started like 3-12, then me and my buddy fritz won about 9 games in a row. sitting on 19-24 right now

Agreed, it takes a while. My armor company was somethin lik3 12-28 and i've now finally caught up and am 36-34 lol. overall this war, im 72-76 and i've been here like a year
