Well, because of fucking stupid GTA IV problems I was forced to upgrade my eVGA 8800 GTX drivers to latest, 181.22. So the problem with GTA IV issues of playability could be resolved.

But now my damn OS (XP) crashes to the blue screen with the Nv4.disp.dll error every time I play CoH/ARM:A and other few other games (CoD:5). This never happened before to me on my old drivers, and i tried to restore them back by recovery and that failed...

I dont know what the heck to do since I've tried everything (Delete and in-stall drivers, CoH and etc)...

has anyone else here have had this same exact problem as me?

Or perhaps does anyone know where I can download old eVGA or Nvidia Video Card Drivers? the one i had i think was 168.22 or something...

any help would be heavenly... Cry

Drivers are highly unlikely to actually make things worse. Try browsing the interwebs and you should be able to find some older drivers. To be honest what i think is that the drivers you installed were incompatible with your card and caused it to fry.

It could to some extent. Most Nvidia cards use Drivers for the most part to tell it what to do. Programs such as RivaTuna work on that principle.
