I'm still trying to optimize it for the resources requires for the new launcher which is different than what was needed for the old launcher. This is why it's up and down and all-around... I know it's aggravating but please be patient.

If you guys can provide some feedback on the snappiness of the launcher and the website please... Try to provide details as to what appears to be the laggiest. For example creating a battle, chat refresh, sending a chat message, changing battle options, saving a battalion, etc...

We have a new server ready, but we went ahead and released on this one because we wanted to get it out, find the first bit of bugs, see how it performed, and give us more time to test on the new server...

Couple of bugs in launcher: If u got to long name u are "nameless". U can't scroll down player list. And I found something in batalion list but it's so laggy that I can't check it now.

Well here's my 2 cents.
I run vista 64-bit and it seems to me that upon bootup of the launcher everything; tabs, buttons, etc is quite laggy for about a minute.
After that everything seems completely fine with the exception of the minor delay from the point you click something until it performs the task. ie clicking doctrine tab takes about a second from the point where i click until it switches to that tab.
Also, i don't know if this is the correct thread to be posting this but, is it possible for tabs and all buttons that perform an action in the launcher to make your cursor into the pointing finger(don't know what its called) that displays instead or your standard cursor when you float it over a tab/button.
Also a question, so far it will only run out of the coh folder and not from the desktop. However when i do try to run it from the desktop the auto updated comes up with 121 updates. Are those important? And do those updates hold hotfixes for any issues with the launcher?

This is such a nightmare guys... really sorry. Memory usage is all over the board, as is CPU utilization. Can't quite figure it out...
Just know that I'm aware and working on it... and that's about all I can offer at this point.
