Just for those who wonder what the LT, Captain and Command Tanks give. I always wonder myself and get tired of having to hunt for it. Click on the name Lieutenant, Captain or Command Tankf or the coh-stats link for the bonus.

Officers, the veterancy share radius is 40.
Commando infantry only has a veterancy share radius of 35
Officer CAN gain veterancy by killing, they get 100% of the EXP themselves, but will also give 100% of it to another nearby officer.
Mortar, machine gun emplacements cannot share its veterancy with other infantry.
All other emplacements and vehicles will transfer 100% of their veterancy to the Cromwell Command Tank the veterancy share radius is 40
Command Tank CAN gain veterancy by killing.

How Stacking Works

First of all, Level 2 bonus will stack with Level 0 bonus, and will not replace it.

Multiple Lieutenants Stacking, I BELIEVE it works like this:

The first Tommy squad receives 1.15 x 1.125 ~ 1.3, or 30% Accuracy Bonus from a Level 0 Lieutenant

The second Lieutenant near the same squad will only add an additional 12.5% bonus, not the 15%, resulting in 1.15 x 1.125 x 1.125 ~ 1.45, or 45% Accuracy Bonus.

Basically, the second and third Lieutenant will only each add about 50% bonus to the squad.

It currently doe3s at vet 3 in eirr for lieutenants. That self vet is wrong for eir so its a bit of a misleading post. I mean if they really did give 4 pop they would be better than free.

so the aura's don't progress past the unit leveling to vet 2...

ie: I currently have 2 liue's and 2 captains ready to train to vet 3, if I do this, my aura's stay unchanged, although the units gain their vet 3 bonus for themselves.

thats what it seems. the thing is, they stack, so what you get at vet 0 adds onto what you get at vet 2, this is prolly why u get nothing at vet 1 and vet 3, would just make it too powerful

but the self-vet might be useful...hell a vet 3 captain gives 20% more experirence, that's pretty sweet.
