Ah I can't take it! Why where Werh hit with the nerf bat! Some stuff stuff did need tweaking like the TA but damn it shrecks!

Fair enough there though Schultz. I don't think the shreck price upping was needed, but I have noticed that the shreck's effectiveness has been amplified by the presence of the Brits, since their emplacements are very vulnerable to shrecks, and the absence of TR ATGs, so 57mms die to shrecks in 2-3 shots. I think assault grenade prices have been changed to match old EiR. Wasn't it 70 mun for volks and 60 for the rest? Anyone can confirm? Cause if it is then the price for assault has been put back to old EiR costs.

Indeed Misten, but a couple of things you already know.
You could never have a shitload of schreks. And if you tried to do, you would have lack in other areas considerably, like in the AI.
To be successful in handling tanks you need combined AT. Not just one thing.
Allied AI eat up schreks, there are games schreks are lying all over the place, theyre like mushrooms.
Making emplacement more viable doesnt have to mean raising the schrek cost, rather than deal with the emplacement themselves.
On another topic, why did calliope escape a pop increase consideration ? Isnt it in the same league with the hummel and priest ?

FYI these prices were already applied, if you find any that we may have missed something, let us know
.
As misten pointed out, many other changes will follow in 0.0.4, we were ONLY able to make changes related to SQL database with this pre-release.
(So no pop, cooldown, vet, etc that release is forthcoming.)

Actually, before they were lowered to 120 and later 110 in Ucross' famous 'Handheld AT' patch panzerschrecks costed over 200 MU

i have a problem......... my vet assualt grens still cost 120 MU but the other fresh ones are only 110...... this sucks i must wait for my 3-60 xp and 1- vet 2 assult grens to die for this change to even affect me.....

If we now take away the calliopes unquestionably low pop and insane survivability, nerf the super rangers into comparability with the other assault infantry we are doing very good indeed. In a straight up fight without "bullshit" like super rangers and callies, wehr was superior to americans in every way. I am 100% sure that both rangers and calliopes will be adressed by the Devs in the next patch - remember this probably NOT the final version of the next changelog.
This changelog shows that the EiR devs have a tight grip on taking small and sure steps onto achieving interfactional balance and that they are listening to the community. That a couple of fanboys make a uproar over any change in the nerf direction to their favorites should surprise noone, and be passively ignored.
FINALLY, this mod could be way worse atm. We could have allied units like this:
150 manpower for a 4 man engineer squad with heroic armor (same as kch, not snipable) with regular price (65 mun) on their flamer. And this squad can also pick up other weapons..
Assault Engineers, my ass..

Smokaz is right. Americans has two units that are better than their wehr counterparts, the calliope and the rangers. Calliope could really use a nerf to speed and armor and the rangers perhaps a small nerf. But if you nerf those two units literally every single other unit Americans has is worse than its wehr counterpart.
MG42> 30 cal, wehr mortar> American mortar, pak> 57mm, P4> sherman, tiger/ace> pershing, the list goes on and on.
