I logged into the launcher earlier today to see like 15 games opened all with new people I've never seen before. I couldn't help but think to myself that this downtime has really shot down our attempt at a larger community. I hope once it gets back up and running those people will come back and give it a shot. And hopefully the community we had before this disruption will all return as well.

Well, I for one started playing EiR just days before the new patch came along and screwed things up... I'll be checking back periodically to see if things have improved, but in the meantime I'll be playing Empire: Total War and Tales of Valour when it comes out...

I do find it very odd though to see all these games popping up in the launcher post-patch... It's quite bizarre, actually...

Salan I believe posted a thread in the relic news forum a day before the patch went live. I think we got some pretty good traffic from that.

we had threads in all the COH community forums we could find.. sadly the patch has hurt us bad there.

hmm im thinking these people have no idea that EIRR isn't working, you guys should post everywhere you can that the CoH patch makes it so EIRR doesn't work so people don't say " this mods dumb i can't get it to work, im not playing it ever"

I asked lucifer to update the news in the launcher, I don't know how it works exactly and don't want to mess it up, even though I have an idea on how it goes.
