Saying "we were undermanned" is no excuse when you break a game completely, and charge for it like you would have with a fully manned team. If anything, this only annoys me more - if you knew you were undermanned, if you had the slightest idea that what you will release be in this kind of state, why even bother making it? Let alone pricing your "work from heavens" almost like a new game, or pricing it at all! When it's only comparable to broken DLC in other games in terms of size, or an unfinished mod... Saying you were undermanned is quite blatantly searching for excuses, and in this case - there are none. The "balance" changes were retarded in 2.400 - Rifle spam was already an issue in 2.301... Then they buffed it. Cool, huh? Now comes the buff of Greyhound-transform-into Ostwind-with-AT-capabilities rush, when greyhound rushing had been blatantly OP as well... Yay! And they also break mods with their epic anti-cheat system too. Good work Relic, that's a fine way to go if you want to get rid of the playerbase real soon. Unless the disbalances are fixed within 2 weeks, I don't see a CoH MP comunity anymore. There'll still be some hardcore fans... But as OF had killed vCoH, ToV has managed to utterly destroy OF... OF had only struck a very serious blow, ToV's blow has been fatal.

Either way, I have high hopes for the next thing they come up with and imo its unlikely they'll be throwing in another expansion that requires a 2 gig patch and adds another faction (or two) to an already tough to balance game.

My money's on COH 2 once COH:O is released, and I'm willing to bet you that it'll have no base building, bits of persistency and Russians.

I think Unkn0wn is right on that front' why keep pressing CoH when they can make a whole new wave of money from COH2 just by changing a few things about the graphivcs, engine, and adding new stuff.
