Cant get into launcher

Can get into launcher gives me the EIRRClient has encountered a
problem and needs to close message..

I was logging in from time to time before the update so it was workin

The correct term is can't, as in Can Not.
:p

Nevermind. You edited it.

Uhm, I'd recommend re-installing and trying again.

I have played many times in the past Iam not new. The launcher was working fine until I tried it after the patch...

Before the patch when EIR was down sometimes i would log on and look through my units so I know it was working and has worked I have downloaded all the things on the tech help page..

One other thing Iam not sure if it would mess things up I downloaded
Microsoft Visual J# Redistributable Package-SE and .Net Framework 2.0 service pack 1 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
