Crash to Desktop

Whenever i auto match or join a basic game when the game starts i start loading and i crash to desktop any ideas?
Here's the error report for the one of 3 games that desynced losing me my lvl 14 Sad

says something about unable to find faction so something must have happend and i'm not too keen to reinstall.

Do you have any modified game files (for actual CoH, not mods like EiR)?
