Lets say I buy Tank hunter-Reinforcements and get a Hetzer.
Will it be effected by Blitzkrieg?

This cannt be answered with the information given, you need to say what blitz your running how you play it ect. Just say does blitz work with TD? mean yes, but every thing work with every thing if used correctly.

Yes, should work on all your units on the field, whether they're from the reinforcements package or not is irrelevant.

I'm pretty sure he was talking about the ability.

Blitz doesn't break suppression. Is this intended?

Yes, Blitzkreig isn't Fire Up
Fire Up is a no-cost ability available to 2 of the 3 US doctrines, and Heroic Charge is available to all 3 Brit docs (and don't forget smoke on all commando units).
Why shouldn't Blitz, a one time use ability, that requires both an initial purchase and a purchase before every game, be as effective?
As it is, there's hardly a reason to use it in conjunction with vehicles. The only reason I would ever see to use it would be to unsuppress infantry, and make them fight more effectively (similar to FTFL and IA).

Blitzkrieg has a "fire up" ability that also throws stun grenades. (Assault!) Granted, it isn't free and you can't "control" the troops anymore without canceling the ability, but in addition to breaking suppression you get to throw grenades that WTFPWN blobs.

The bolded part is false, the cost is included in the unit cost.

Clearly you have no idea how to properly use the ability then. Blitz gives a 50% received suppression bonus to infantry and it turns light vehicles into rape machines. It works decent on tanks but you'll notice the devastation more on Light vehicles
Edited for a mind slip

Decreases accuracy, too, but on the whole it's still a positive bonus (75% faster firing 50% less accuracy).

We are serious about enforcing this, and I am sure you all want to be able to have your balance thought considered by the development team with some biased, sensationalist coming into your thread and ruining it.

I just can't see how turning your panther into semi-automatic mode can ever be "useless".
