Actually, I think the film is trying to explain that the brit's impression of a good hit, is hitting something from like 2-3km away (or further) where as the american's impression is to shoot straight at something 100-200 metres away.

The Brit video was just a test firing at an ordnance range, the American video was from an actual combat shot in Iraq.

I strongly doubt the american video is from an actual "combat" shot. I suppose that would depend on what your definition of "combat" be.
