Blitz should be put back to four uses.

Blitz used to get something that removed the penalties from blitz and increased it's uses and duration so waiting is probably a good idea

Yep u have to pay for blitz. Its nice but 2 uses are still kinda mehh.Honestly id trade my 2 offmaps in for 2 more uses. And im not sure if blitzkrieg improved works.
