I was wondering one thing about the Buy list in Axis Artillery.

Why Nebelwehrfer costs 400 manpower, 35 munition and 100 fuel.

Nah its ok price for a gun that is non doctorine- but when you scoot the list and see Axis Stuka zu Fuss. Only 280 Manpowers and 225 Fuel! Now Which one should I choose? More Expensive, slower, weaker weapon that can be stolen by the enemy...or a fast Half-track with a decent artillery cabilities...MHMMM Tough choice ain't it?

I remember that in the past Stuka used to cost PPs to buy nowadays it doesn't

I can't find a big big reason here why such a huge price difference between alike units. Why the Nebel costs so much and why Stuka not so much? 225 Fuel ain't huge cost in my opinnion

I've used both the Stuka and the Nebel often, and I prefer the Nebel.
The only thing Stukas are useful for in EiR is fighting massed emplacements, which you never see now. Other than that, the Stuka really blows.

Use the Stuka once in a match... then when you lose the match use a Nebel and you'll understand the price difference.

The stuka is better in an artillery-heavy environment due to survivability.

or you can do as i do and have a dual stuka company and use both stukas together to douse an area with atomic fire. (20 inf kills perstuka 2 tank kills each to)
only downside is high pop and pp coast (i get them through renforcements as PE) otherwise its a great investment.

nebel is good vs buildings and blobbed infantry, stuka is good vs buildings as well but the spread is more massive and the stuka unlike the nebel can take out vehicles, even tanks but it's really random. Stuka's are best when used in tandem, so that the spread is negated and you can pummel and area.

Ditto nebel's, if they weren't so expensive, you'd see people with, two, 3 of them at once, i've used nebel barragges in vcoh and they're just mean.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Except in VCoH you vet that Nebel to vet 3 asap and then blob them in number of 3 which is impossible in EiRR Environment when you can only have 1 in reserve and rest must be bought with PP and its a major investment in EiRR. 400 Manpower for a arty piece that gets raided/bombed in every second. I don't know but if one wants to keep nebel alive he has to babysit it as hard as the dude with Tiger Ace. Careress it and put the crew into sleep and have like whole army defending it and it will go kablooweeh to bombing run/offmap/on map due to its slow speed to escape such a things xD in VCoH its only little pain since you can build more things to defeat it if you want.

I'm aware of Nebels strong power to annihliate buildings...but why there still is only 1 available per company? Unless you waste PP in it.

put the neb on a road, and you'll see it's really, really not too slow to escape a strafing run on RTC, let alone an offmap Smiley.

Yes on road but only in road and if the AI doesn't decide to make it turn around then all is fine. In most cases you see aircraft or smoke land you just hit "CREW RETREAT BACK TO BASE FOR KAFFEE UND BIER!" and off they go screaming like babies while their toy goes kabloweeh xD

Seriously with a nebel you have to keep an eye on it even more than eye on the Tiger Ace. Paratrooprs could land ontop of it anytime. Some flanking sherman could rape it immidiately if they manage to penetrate a flank. Rangers with fire up run through the defences. If allies want Nebel dead they can do it quickly :p

i had a dual nebelwerfer company for some time...

both got vet3 (only unit i paid for vet in this company) but you really need to take care on it
it
i sold one of the nebels because they where still on old price and 2 is to much menpower in this units

i sold the other vet3 nebel too (was on 227xp)

Hmm, not really sure if I like it. Why should wehr be able to call in everything, they can choose to go for hummels instead. Otherwise I think that CW should get Commando Snipers.
