I know it is, it's tied to the wind-up/wind-down firing animation. Every tank but the m10 doesn't have that issue because when they mis-fire, they'll keep trying to fire, but the m10 has that wind-down animation so it resets the firing. The only way to stop it, is not to give it an order while it's firing, so hard to get that right.
